"Terrible service. Willing to accept my payment only to then send me a request for me to scan a utility bill and send this to them. This is basically the customer ensuring the company's own protection from fraud. Do not be misled into thinking this is for your benefit as until goods are received the company is liable and if you pay by credit card you are further insured. this is wholly a ply by the company to cover their own backs.

After i had complied i received an email to say that they had received my scanned documents and the camera i was purchasing would be there as soon as possible. this was now December 20th and this answer as you might expect was no use to me. I asked when i could expect it and i was then told, they are trying to source it. This means they took the money for goods they didn't have. I asked for the cancellation policy and instead of providing this to me sent me a notice that they had now cancelled the order without actually asking me. Shoddy communication, terrible service and arrogance of the highest kind. poor poor company to deal with."

"I warn anyone to not order from this company. I ordered a monitor in January, now it's December and it's never worked properly - constantly flickering yellow. It's been replaced twice with exactly the same problem, and Expansys refuse to take any responsibility, entirely passing the buck to the manufacturer - despite the law saying it's the trader's responsibility to ensure the product is fit for purpose."

"I understand there are customers who did not have any problems buying from them, but from my personal experience and from some of the reviews here, we can clearly see that there are issues with Expansys and is not integrous in it's dealings. 1st time buyers should do well to stay clear."

"I purchased a Acer Liquid Metal smartphone on the 16th of November and the delivery was extremely fast. Tracking of the package was also very easy through every stage of its journey. The level of information on the web site is excellent and the service given is exemplary, many other companies could do with some lessons from Expansys."

"Colleague recommended Expansys and it did not disappoint. Ordered Acer Aspire One on Tuesday and it arrived on Thursday, even though in between I had to provide further info about the delivery address as it was my place of work. Will definitely use it again. I am already thinking of ordering sim free mobile from them…"

"Although concerned by some of the negative reviews I ordered a Lenovo laptop from them on a Tuesday and it arrived Wednesday afternoon. Fantastic service and the product arrived in first class condition. I did have to contact them because the order initially failed the "Verified by Visa" (and my Bank's automated service contacted me) so I contacted Expansys to make sure I did not get a duplicate order. They were helpful and very friendly."

"Excellent price for an Acer Liquid Mt. Dispatched promptly after order and arrived next day on free delivery. Not contacted them so have no idea how they are if things go wrong, but I'll come back here if they do."

"Im a first time user on expansys website.. i found the website easy to use and very competerive.. i had no need to contact expansys by phone.. goods arrived early well packaged. will use again.. as soon as they recieve samsung galaxy 7.7.."
