Your request for a replacement has not been ignored – we did not receive instruction from Buffalo to replace your item, so our returns team sent the product for testing back with Buffalo. As yet we have been unable to get a response from them, however we have raised a replacement order. You will receive an automated email with the order details. "PEOPLE AVOID EXPANSYS!!! I ordered phone which was in stock with the next day delivery option. I'm waiting nearly two weeks. I sent to seller two e-mails and no respond so I called them to cancel transaction but they refused to give me money back. Exspanys explained me that they can't because supplier doesn't have the phone in stock and the status of order is marked as shipped. The explanation is ridicules and item wasn't shipped. I have right in this situation to cancel the order, they don't even know when the phone will be in stock on 100%. I feel cheated and not only my time was wasted but also money. Any apologies will not give me money back. Only problems. Already open case with paypal."
