I ordered a monitor in January, now it\u0027s December and it\u0027s never worked properly - constantly flickering yellow. Fantastic service and the product arrived in first class condition. "Terrible service. Willing to accept my payment only to then send me a request for me to scan a utility bill and send this to them. This is basically the customer ensuring the company's own protection from fraud. Do not be misled into thinking this is for your benefit as until goods are received the company is liable and if you pay by credit card you are further insured. this is wholly a ply by the company to cover their own backs.
After i had complied i received an email to say that they had received my scanned documents and the camera i was purchasing would be there as soon as possible. this was now December 20th and this answer as you might expect was no use to me. I asked when i could expect it and i was then told, they are trying to source it. This means they took the money for goods they didn't have. I asked for the cancellation policy and instead of providing this to me sent me a notice that they had now cancelled the order without actually asking me. Shoddy communication, terrible service and arrogance of the highest kind. poor poor company to deal with."
