This company has a great aversion to customer support. After hearing nothing from then for 5 days from my order date I attempted to check status and found my order number to be void. I was informed after contacting then it was a shipping issue with my credit card and to let them know when it was fixed. I did this that same day. Another week passed without hearing anything so I contact them again and they decided to tell me that they no longer carry the item and my order was canceled. I most certainly avoid business with this company.

Even though I had some problem with my shipment (shipped one instead of two in quantity that I ordered) and with their "Lived Chat". I am impressed with the afford and energy the company put in to try to keep the company to be a 5 stars company.

Copy of my email to Etronics: "I truly owe you guys a big apology! You were 100% correct about UPS not updating their records until today, the day they delivered my package. And I douted your reps honesty and information. I needed to tell you this so that your reps, customers, and future customesrs may hear this right from me, one who doubted your honesty, and now one internet shopper who is a customer for life!You may publish this but with only my initials. I am truly a satisfied customer. Thanks to Etronics and your customer service staff. A.L."  

Etronics had the best price for the floor standing speakers I wanted, so I ordered from them. I received an email immediately that acknowledged my order, then another the same day with a tracking number that said my order had shipped. UPS also sent me an email with the same tracking # that day.  
 
After five days though, the tracking # said UPS still didn't have the box from Etronics, and my account at Etronics.com said the package had not yet shipped. I emailed Etronics and asked what was up. They responded (the same day) that the package had been shipped, so I decided to wait. The next day, it arrived at my door!  
 
If you need/want accurate tracking or immediate delivery, I would only buy from megasites like Amazon or Newegg. I, however, was looking for the lowest price, and that's what Etronics had. The product was in perfect condition, cheap, came quickly, and customer service responded to my questions. Only bad part was the stress over the inaccurate tracking info. If you can live without perfect tracking info, Etronics might save you some money.

Liars. I tried to buy a samsung 46" tv. Website said it was in stock and ready to ship. Two days after ordering I called customer service and was told the item was there and ready to be shipped. I called two days later and they said the item was on back order. I called four days later and was told that the supplier ran out of TVs but they were getting more. I called five days later to cancel the order and was rudely told that the order was cancelled the day before. I will be reporting these bunko artists to the comsumer protection groups.

I ordered an HDTV from etronics at the end of December. After nearly a week, I got an email saying that it was out of stock. Why would they have let me place an order if it was out of stock?  
 
Each time I checked the status after that, I got the same response of "It should arrive in 5-7 days.". After about two weeks, I canceled my order.  
 
I was later contacted by a support representative who explained how the item was oversold, and they were having trouble getting the item from their supplier. So to be fair, it may not have been their fault that they weren't getting new ones in a timely manner.

Prices are excellent for Sony A/V receivers. Service and speed of delivery also turned out to be excellent. I purchased a Sony STR-DG720 online on a Friday evening, but decided the next day to upgrade to a model DG820. I emailed their service dept. on Saturday and called on Monday morning. The upgrade was handled rapidly and the unit shipped out the same day. This was a very good online experience, right up there with the best I have had.

I ordered a Yamaha receiver and the product is in great condition. Thanks Etronnics.

I ordered the Alpine iDA-X100 in dash MP3 player from Etronics. They had the lowest price on the internet (more than 40 bucks cheaper than Best Buy) that I could find. My order was processed and shipped to me in a timely fashion. The item I received (the Alpine iDA-X100) was new and in perfect condition. I would recommend Etronics based on my recent experience.
