"ETECH4SALE is awful. They charged my credit card the day after I ordered and still have not shipped my product even though they said it would ship within 1 or 2 business days. They have no customer service, no one ever answers the phone and they have not responded to any of my emails. Also I have noticed after reading several reveiws they like to claim something is in stock then when you place the order the product ends up on back order. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!!!"

"This will be the last time I do business with this truly unreliable and untrustworthy company. I ordered a product that was "in stock" and it took nearly three weeks to get it, only after I sent a follow-up email asking about its status. No communication at all from the beginning of the transaction. Then after a poor review, I was asked to revise my comments so that their customer support could fix the problem by finding a different product for me. Again no response from them for nearly 1 month, and only after I contact them again to get info, do I find that they cannot assist. With the amount of companies out there, and competitive pricing all over, you are better off taking your business elsewhere. No refund was given at anytime, otherwise, it would have changed my opinion, and I don't expect them to build anything, but I would like to know why they cant find the drive, as it is listed in stock on their own website. I don't like to have to haggle with stores when I am giving them my business. As a techie and more importantly, a wise consumer, I can confidently tell others to stay away from this company and go for a sure shot such as NE. "

“We told you that we will assist you in finding the drive. But we could not find it anywhere. So that is not our fault we already refunded you long time ago. What else you want us to do. We can not make the drive in our facility.”

"I purchased this item and found it to be defective. I have attempted to contact this company through their RMA process 5 times within 3 weeks and they will not even ackowledge any of my emails."

"The worse place to shop online. Terrible customer service. I will not recommend anyone to shop with them!! Poor, I mean POOR communication. It toke me filling a dispute with them through paypal for them to respond to me. Stay away from this web site!! Basically shop at your own risk!!"

"Unfortunately, after checking on the status of my order 5/12, I discovered the vendor had cancelled the order because the item, an Epson Stylus printer, was "on allocation" and not expected to be in stock for some time. Bummer. The site had shown it to be in stock at the time of order."

"Well, I placed my order on July 24 for the SK-8135 keyboard after I found out that they had this keyboard for a good price. This was my first mistake. A week goes by and my order has not shipped but my credit card has been charged for five days. Now I start to wonder when the package is going to ship so I call them and ask them about my order. The CSR tells me that they ran out of stock for that keyboard (after they had charged my card already) and they could send me a different keyboard (SK-8125) or just let me wait until the keyboard I ordered came back in stock. I tell them I will just wait until the right keyboard comes back in stock and they say that is fine. Imagine my surprise the next day when I get an e-mail that my order has shipped. I was very excited until I opened the box. They sent me the SK-8125 after I told them I didn't want it. So I called them and was told that I would have to call back when the RMA department is open(from 9-11 am PST). I ended up getting a refund but the whole thing was just a big ordeal and I want to be sure nobody else has to deal with this."

"Hi folks,
I'd like to take a moent to tell you about my first, & last, experience with ETech4Sale.

On 6/3/07 I (thought I had) ordered one Antec P182SE limited edition PC case with Stainless Steel exterior panels & an all-black interior from ETech4Sale.com. Here is a link to the page of the case posted at ETech4Sale.com:

When the case arrived I found I had been shipped a standard P182 with Gun Metal exterior panels & an unpainted interior. I phoned Customer Service and spoke with a rep who said:
"We shipped you what you ordered. Read the disclaimer at the bottom of the page. Anything else sir?"
I then asked why the description of the P182SE was listed under the sales page for the standard P182 & was told:
Because that is the most accurate description we could find.

It took a frighteningly long 20 seconds for me to Google & click on the link. Hey what the heck, here's a link to Antec's page for the P182SE I thought I was buying from ETech4Sale.com:

While I admit I should have been cautious to the letter of the law , & I did read ETech4Sale.com's disclaimer/warranty/return policies prior to purchase, the description posted at ETech4Sale.com is for the P182SE. Combine that with the ease & availability of the proper description from the Antec website for the P182 ETech4Sale.com offers & three words come to mind:

BAIT AND SWITCH
I've given my evidence, I invite you to be your own judge.

Since they only offer exchange or (at ETech4Sale's descretion) store credit I now own a standard P182. Luckily it is in good condition & is not a lemon.

So I'd like to advise anyone to call ETech4Sale.com prior to purchasing anything from them to verify the item by the SKU number, or just avoid them alltogether. At any rate I hope this will help someone.

EDIT: Email response was from a different customer who had the same situation as you, but our offer for a full refund still stands.

Mistakes happen and we are willing to work with you to make things right. Even if you dont accept our full refund (including return shipping) we will give you 10% off your next order, just put it as a note in the customer comments box next time your shop with us.

"Ordered 6 XBOX 360 memory units..
Shows 10 in-stock.. Four days passed, still shows 6 in-stock, but my order is cancelled without any notification..

"This store fails to respond to voice and e-mails. I order a part and was sent the wrong part. Now I am stuck with a part that I cannot use. The RMA #18061 has been pending for a week now. Still no word from eTech4Sale on what I am suppose to do in getting the wrong part back to them and the correct part sent to me; or a full refound of all costs to me.

Think I will contact the BBB in Santa Clara to see if they can help get this straighten out.

During my downtime, I had very limited access to my e-mail, so I was not able to respond in a timely manner. I did get an e-mail stating I would receive a full refund and that the part I order would be sent to me at no charge. I did get the refund and the part is working great.

That e-mail also informed me that eTech4Sale is very under-manned and one person is handling phone calls, e-mails & RMAs. That undoubtly is the reason for the delays.

I am greatful they sent the correct PSU & it works. Things are back to normal, even though it took more time than it should have."

"I have had a terrible time so far, I ordered a TS xbox360 drive by USPS Economy service as i live in the UK. I have not recived any confirmation email, tho it says it has been shipped and money taken out of my account for it.
As i have not heard anything or recived the product, I have contacted USPS and they replied and adivsed me incase of loss, i should contact Etech 4sale to start an electronic inquiry with them.
I have sent 4 emails! and tryed to phone them 3 times with no reply or anyone picking up the phone! So far im not impressed as this purchase has cost me quite a bit of money, with out the product to show for it!"
