So far, not that good. It's been 7 days now and it still being processed. That should be sufficient time to ship an "in stock" item to me. also I have no received and response to support e-mail's that I have sent asking for any updates. We will see what happens.

After doing this review they promptly contacted me and refunded my money becaues there company is restructuring.

I'm very please with my oder from etech4sale.com. I ordered a batter fro my laptop and it arrived very quickly and with no problems installed it and the laptop is working great. If I were to change anything I would work on a little better picture, the part number matched but I wasn't sure based on the picture.

I think this has to be my worst online experience ever. Their website indicated that they had my item in stock. It turned out that it was not in stock and a week later they have not returned the money to my card despite multiple emails. The funny thing is they were still listing the item as in stock up to two days after all this happened. I wouldn't trust anything on their website. I wouldn't trust them at all given that they haven't refunded my money yet.  
 
Giving one more check the funds were returned to my card this morning.

I just wanted to say that i was very impressed on the product i purchased from etech4sale.com. It was everything that was described and it arrived in a timely manner. I purchased an xbox 360 replacement drive and after installing, it corrected every problem i had with my console. Thank you again and I look forward to doing business with you guys again!

Made a purchase for a replacement Xbox 360 DVD drive on 9/23 via Google Checkout. Received a confirmation later the same day saying that the order was successfully placed and that my card was charged. Checked my order status every day for 8 business days, no status updates, no shipping notifications. I sent 2 emails in the span of 4 days and called. Neither my emails nor my call were returned. I came home today to find a notice from USPS saying that my package had tried to be delivered. I check my email and see a message saying that my order was shipped and that I would be getting it soon. Kind of a waste, seeing as how the package was already out for delivery when I got the message. Also, I paid for FedEx, and obviously did not get them as a carrier.  
 
I ordered something from eTech4sale last November and had no problems whatsoever. Maybe this was just a fluke, but it was annoying nonetheless.

I ordered the latest motherboard through international shipment. As I was in a rush, I added express processing, shipping and handling. Since there were no "shipped" mail after a couple of days of order, I contacted the customer service and they processed them immediately. As it turned out, my order came within a week. If you are an international shopper and in a rush, it is better to contact customer service for your confirmation of order and processing. By doing so, you will definitely receive your order within the timelime they have stated in the shipping policy. The packing of the product was very secure and execellent and I would like to order again in the future.

Shipped Quickly. Received hard drives in good condition. No Complaints. Would recommend to others.

There was a shipping error and I still did not get my package on the last estimated date. After contacting the seller, they realized they made a shipping mistake, refunded the shipping cost, sent my order overnight, and upgraded my product for free.

I was able to find the product I needed quickly, and get it ordered easily. Shipping was also efficient, as I did receive my item quickly and it was exactly as advertised - no damage in shipping, no defect in product.

It was a pleasure doing business with this company. My item arrived well-packaged and great working order.

I got everything fast and in very good mechanical conditions. Hard drives were properly wrapped-up and placed in middle of the box. For service i have to give 10 out of 10. Super.  
Unfortunately one of the hard drives has some bad sectors and can not be used. Those used to be very expensive SCSI hard drives (and still are in some sellers) but I got them here for quarter of the price so no complaint here. To bad I didn't buy six of them instead of four. Still, as for the service and price I have to rate this seller 100% satisfaction.
