"This must be a fly by night company as like everyone else says-I ordered ZLine Cruiser High Boy TV stand ZL583-36SU which they said they had in stock!! About 3 days later I got 1 email from them saying they did not have the item and it might be discontinued!!! But 10 days later they were still saying they had it in stock on their website!! I also ordered a few little cables at the same time and the freight on the cables alone went from $4.50 to $16.08 even though it weighed less than 2 pounds!! And like everyone else says---it is DAMN near IMPOSSIBLE to contact these people!! The live chat is worthless and they don't answer emails and NO FREAKIN phone number!!!! This is 2012 and any legitimate business should have a PHONE number and somebody to check and respond to emails hourly!! VERY sorry customer service for sure!! "
"I fell compelled to write this review as I have never been treated so "personally" by an oline company before. I ordered something that was unfortunately found to be out of stock AFTER I had input all my credit card information. Someone got back to me immediately by e-mail and informed me that my order would not be billed unless I would like to purchase the same item but in a different color. Unfortunately the item was color specific and I could not substitute. Further e-mails letting me know that my order had indeed been cancelled and doing all this so efficiently and respectfully....I am to say the least impressed and would NOT hesitate to do business with such a "hands-on" online business. Just an amazing company and so happy that I stumbles upon it so that I could order from them again in the future without a worry. I can honestly say it was a PLEASURe to do business with you even though it did not result in a sale for you....you treated me as if I spent thousands of dollars. Kudos to you!!!! Thanks again!"
"I ordered 2 inflatable life vest form them and later received an email saying that they had made a mistake and that the product was not in stock but they had ordered another shipment and they were due on 12-23-11 and all orders would be shipped within 3 days after that. Well my money was taken out of my account 2 weeks ago but I still haven't see my life vest. I can't get any reponse through there live chat or email. This is by far the worst company i have ever dealt with. Do not do business with them."

"I am disgusted with the level of customer service I received from this company. They barely return e-mails and when they do they are completely rude and full of lies. I have been asking from a Manager or Supervisor to call, still have not heard from anyone and don't expect to either. I ordered an in stock Item and I did not receive it until 12 days after the date I ordered it, even though I paid an outrageous amout for FedEx. They finally gave a partial refund of the shipping charges ($5.00), but that is not good enough. THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL. STAY AWAY!!"
"Do yourself a favor and RUN FROM THIS VENDOR!!!!! I ordered some lightning protectors for $373.80 and found out after they got my money that they were backordered. They sent an e-mail asking if I wanted to wait a few days until they came in. The price was so good, that I thought it would be alright. On the day that they said the items would be in, they were not reachable as well as the day after. I let it go a few days and they still didn't get back to me as to whether my order was sent or not, so I e-mailed them to refund my money immediately. Then they sent and automated response that they were on a holiday and would respond when they got back to the office. Several days AFTER they got back in the office, they responded to my e-mails saying that I wanted the money back and said the items were now in stock. I told them that I wanted my money refunded immediately. Still don't have the money and had to open a claim with PayPal. DON'T BUY FROM THIS BUYER!!!"
