reply posted Jun-04-2013 “Unfortunately for a device to be considered for "broken" condition we must be able to test the device functions. While this device was able to power on, charge, and capture screenshots the touch screen was non-responsive and therefore re-quoted to our current pricing for the qualifying "dead" condition. Per our service customers always have the option to have their devices returned completely free of charge, as was the case with this trade. We paid shipping for the return.”

"Great service and competitive pricing. They sent me a pre-paid label, emailed me when my item was received, and then emailed me Amazon card shortly after that. They may not have tv ads but their ease of use was great"
