"I had recently ordered the .89 cent satin sashes. Practically all the sashes were frayed at the ends and not useable. I spoke with someone on their online chat. The representative said that it's minor and I can fix it on my end. The person offered to exchange the products but I would have to pay for shipping to return the product and have the exchanged product shipped to me. I'm pretty hesitant to order from them again."
"I own a small business in Toronto, Canada and found efavormart.com while searching for cheaper products. To make the long story short, they sent me the wrong product which does not match the product photo they posted on their website. I contacted them 10 times in total via email and live chat service (they don’t have a phone number for customer services). They only responded to some of them, never clearly answered any of my questions, and kept insisting that they were right even after I sent them pictures of what they have on the website and what I received. It was talking to a brick wall. How can the first thing a customer service representative tells a client is “We sent you the right thing” without even asking for a proof or simply just asking “What is wrong”? Prpducts they sent me are no use for my business and without admitting that they sent me wrong products,1) They offered me a refund but refused to pay for shipping2) They changed the product photo the very next dayGuess what? I actually thought they might do that so I clipped their webpage on with the date stamped by my anti-virus program. I caught them red-handed. I can’t believe they actually changed the picture to cover up their mistake. I’ve already filed a report to the BBB and I’m looking for other legal avenues to fight them back. I am also going to contact my credit card company if there is anything they could do since this is clearly a fraud. Obviously they won’t be scamming everyone but there are many cases reported online and please do not buy from them and take a chance. They do carry cheap favours but hey, you could be the next victim of their fraud. Please do not take a chance which could possibly ruin your special day!"
"We have ordered twice from this company. While our first order (only $22) was OK but not spectacular, the second order which was $141 was completely unsatisfactory. Part of the order was a roll of custom-printed ribbon, which was terribly produced.The ink distribution was uneven so the lettering was inconsistent throughout the entire roll. We complained to customer service and sent them some photos to illustrate.They printed us another roll which was just as bad as the first but refused to issue us a refund, claiming that the photos we sent of the second roll were the same photos we had sent of the first roll, which they weren't -- the second roll was just as bad as the first, which they simply refused to acknowledge.Based on this experience, we never went back to this company. It is run by unscrupulous people who have no compunction about selling a bad product and keeping your money for it.If you want your wedding to be perfect, do not order from eFavorMart."
"I was very happy with my order of table overlays and napkins, chair covers/sashes and placecard holders. My friends and I like to checkout their new items and reuse what we've bought from them. Since I started buying from them last year, I have ordered from them about 4 times; with each order being larger than the last since they keep adding new products I can't find elsewhere "
