All I can tell you is with dealing with " Betty " in the Customer Service Dept., she is worth her weight in gold for this company, very professional, very customer friendly, very careing about the problem at hand, and takes charge of the problem and how to make it go away for the customer. I know as a buyer, if I had a Company with Sales on Ebay, I would want all my employees to be like " Betty ", if she is not the head of the Department, she should be, and she is due a raise in pay as far as I am concerned. Being a buyer on Ebay, and dealing with Customer Service Agents, with many other Sellers, and Companys, I know they all would be happy to have a employee like " Betty " to handle all problems, and de-fuse any problems with the buyer and for the Company like ecomElectronics. I would have to give her a 5-Star Rateing in all, with the Customer Service Dept. for ecomElectronics, and a 5-Star Rateing for ecomElectronics as well. I bought an inexpensive battery replacement for my garage door opener from this company, and they actually contacted me personally, to assess my opinion and my satisfaction with the product.
The battery works fine but the company works so much better!
