"I was a little hesitant ordering on line,but the price was cheaper than anyone else. The only problem was the delivery.They gave me a time between 12pm to 430pm. They didn't come till 11 pm. Other than that,everything else was ok."

"Best prices anywhere, best selection, fast friendly service. Items were delivered in reasonable time frame, no damage, delivery personnel were friendly and helpful. I will tell my friends about e-ppliance, and will buy from them again! Oh, and THANKS for the rebates!

"e-ppliancesaving.com had the lowest price for the Weber gas grill that I wanted. The grill was delivered free and fairly quickly. It was brand new in the original factory packaging. My only complaint was with the delivery company. They gave inaccurate information regarding the expected delivery date and time."

"I had been looking for a specific Weber grill (high-end one) for about 6 months, and occasionally I'd see them discounted a little bit, but not enough to make me jump quite yet since we're going to be moving soon.

However, when I found the grill on their site at a price that was way lower than even other discounters, I wanted to find out more about them, and found the other reviews on this site. I'm surprised there's not more yet, so I'm happy to pitch in and give them 5 stars.

I got my grill 2 weeks after I ordered, brand new in box. Since it's in the original mfr's. packaging, I didn't even bother opening it from the pallet (again, since we're moving soon). But I have no doubt that everything is as advertised, in factory-fresh condition.

When I first made the order, I didn't receive an automated response, so I tried to get a hold of them the next day first via phone, and then email. A lady called me back later on that afternoon and said I should have gotten a response, and yes, they had received my order and would be processing in a day or two. After seeing that my virtual credit card online still had gone uncharged a couple of days later, I started to wonder a bit, and called back again to ask them if they had processed the order yet. Didn't hear from them for another day or two, but then I received a confirmation call and email saying my order had shipped, tracking number, etc. The grill arrived about a week after that (here in California), so again, from order time to delivery was 2 weeks exactly, which was fine for me. About my only caveat would be that I never got a hold of a live person when calling them; they did return my calls though.

So, what can I say? Other than not being able to easily get a hold of them on the phone, their pricing smoked even other discounters, and when all is said and done, I have my grill for hundreds less than I could have gotten it elsewhere. I hope that anyone reading this and going with them can only have an experience as positive as I did."

"We ordered LG washer. First of all, the price was the best on the market. Easy and consumer friendly order and check out. Costumer service answered no waiting time and very friendly. Delivery was unexpectedly fast, driver and costumer service called prior to arriving. In arriving delivery was fast gentle and friendly.
I had already shared the website with a few friends and now waiting to receive a mail in rebate."

"I recently purchased a Weber S-670 and a Maytag Washer and Dryer set from e-ppliancesavings.com. I was initially skeptical due to how much lower the prices were than every other reseller on the internet and the lack of reviews on Google Shopping. I felt I had to take the chance due to the savings and hope American Express would protect me if it was a scam.
I could not be happier that I took the chance. The customer service was exceptional and they were prepared to deliver to me the next day. I asked to push the delivery another day since no one would be there to receive it and then there was a little bit of an issues with the delivery. After waiting all day I was told the truck broke down; but it did get to me the following day. That small inconvenience was worth the savings and the only thing stopping me from giving a full 5 stars across the board.

This is the only company I will purchase appliances from going forward and I will recommended to everyone. "

"Very happy with our range purchase from e-ppliance. The sales rep Becca was very helpful and our overall experience was a good one. We ended up saving over a thousand dollars and also received a rebate check. The range came to us on the west coast form the east coast and arrived on a well protected pallet within the time frame they gave us. Highly recommended for good service and big savings. I did find a bit difficult to connect with a rep over the phone but once I did they were pleasant and helpful.

"What a pleasure dealing with this company. I placed my order online on Saturday night when my washer broke down. 3 days later e-ppliancesavings.com had my new washer delivered to my house. $300 less than the sales price at my local appliance store. I have already referred my neighbors and look forward to future purchases with this great company!"

"UPDATED 9/10:
As mentioned in Eric's response below, the company has since contacted me and rectified the situation. I received a very sincere and apologetic email from Eric, along with a refund of the delivery fee. The quick response and sincere approach completely changed my point of view of E-ppliance Savings. When all is said and done, it was the delivery company that fell short, and not E-ppliance Savings. According to Eric, this is an extremely rare occurrence. Considering the savings we received by going through them as opposed to a big box or local retailer, we might consider using them again. However, if I encounter any problems, I will contact them directly and not try to deal with the trucking company as they are a third party and do not have the investment in the order as E-ppliance Savings does. A huge thank you to Eric, for your response, concern, and help!

We found the exact fridge we wanted for about $500 less than any other retailer and thought we had hit the jackpot. Unfortunately, the delivery company they work with were a nightmare to work with. We scheduled a delivery (on a Monday)only to find out the day of that they only deliver on Thursday or Friday. Rescheduled the delivery for Friday 5-9pm (the furthest possible time from our original date). However, the fridge was never delivered and we were never called. After talking to multiple people multiple times we were able to get a delivery scheduled for Wednesday (a week and a half later than we needed it). The fridge was finally delivered, but we still never received a call letting us know it would be or was delivered. They left the fridge in the garage after instructions were left on the order to place it in the kitchen. Now we have to find someone to come move it for us since we do not own an appliance dolly. There has been no compensation or remorse from either company at all. It has been one nightmare after the next, and now I know why people choose to go through Sears or some other big box store for their appliance orders. This is a mistake we learned the hard way and one we will not make again. Sometimes convenience and simplicity is worth the extra money and this is one of those times!"

“As a family business we take customer service issues like this very seriously. After reading this review online, I examined the situation in detail and reached out to the customer immediately. I can assure any future customers that this type of delivery problem is not the norm for the delivery company we work with and is certainly not the standard we hold ourselves to at e-ppliance Savings. The situation was addressed with the delivery company and we've taken internal steps to make sure that communication is improved between our office and our customers. While a delivery problem like this is a very rare exception, we still take it seriously. It's most important to mention that, had the customer reached out to us at e-ppliance Savings directly (rather than only working with the delivery company), we could have resolved the problem before it became more serious. The customer did acknowledge via e-mail to me, during our post-delivery conversation, that she had never actually communicated the situation to us at e-ppliance Savings. We only wish we were given the opportunity to correct things at the start of any dissatisfaction. WIth that said, it isn't unreasonable for a customer to expect to be able to deal directly with the delivery company and resolve issues directly with them. We're embarrassed that in this particular scenario that wasn't the case, and understand that any interaction with the delivery company is a direct reflection on the customer service of e-ppliance Savings. My sincere apologies to the Phelps family for their terrible inconvenience, and hopefully the refund of the delivery fee is a small token of apology.
