I was notified that my item was out of stock shortly after placing my order. I was asked if I would like another color or wait. I decided to wait, and my product was shipped 5 days later. Great customer service and great items. Trustworthy site with tracking info provided.

Vary Friendy vary professinal and a wounderful place to do busniess with! Prices are great!! Shipping is vary fast! I have never thought a traction could go so well!! Vary helpful I would do busniess again, and Agian!!

Shipped next day (emailed me a tracking number), arrived a couple of days later - included a nice thank-you letter and a little bonus gift, as well as a quality tool to install the mod, which was not promised on the website. I ordered an XCM 360 controller shell, and it installed fine, and is nicer than I expected.

What excellent customer service they have. I contact them regarding a shipping miscalculation, they responded and had it fixed by the next day. Placed order, items were shipped fast and received in great conditions. Great store, with great people.

The device he purchased from us was returned in very bad condition, it was easy to see visually why it did not work when installed. The problems with his installation were: cold solder joints, not enough solder on several pins and splashed solder on parts of the device. We offered to fix his soldering job and to return the device but he refused. He claims it is not due to his soldering and that the device was defective when in fact it is not.
Our response to his response: We did offer to fix the device and in fact we did fix the soldering and it worked perfectly. It is on its way back to him now. We only deleted his reviews due to the swearing and accusations, any other website would do the same. We had to delete his account due to him logging in every few hours to write up bad reviews filled with profanity. |

I ordered an Xecuter 3 Solderless modchip from eXtreme-Mods on the 23rd of July. Due to a shipping problem, the order was delayed, but eXtreme-Mods was quick to correct the situation. I am extremely satisfied with their level of service and will definitely be returning for any console modding needs.

Purchased a Xecuter 3 Solderless combo on Friday 7/14/06, Had the procuct in hand by Wednesday 7/19/06. Great site! Definetly worth repeat business. Very professional, easy site to order from. Wide selection. Good Prices. Great shipping! Great site!

I placed an order with extreme-mods for 3 X2.6 chips. The order was placed on 2/3/06, which was a Friday. I promptly received the chips on 2/8/06 with just standard shipping. A short delay happend because I ordered on the weekend. This is my first order with this company and I am very satisfied. I hope to do business with them again.

I was a little nervous about ordering from a random company, but I couldn't find any bad reviews about this vendor and xbox-scene recommended them. I ordered an Xecuter 2.6 CE chip with the solderless adapter on January 25. After a few days, the order was still processing so i emailed them to see what was up. They responded almost immediately and said that they were swamped and that it would ship the next day at the latest. I appreciated the quick response. It did ship the next day and I got the item a couple days later on February 2. Not the fastest order but I am happy with the service and the item. I would certainly order from them again for future mods :)

After much researching I figured I'd give this site a try. I ordered an Xecuter 2.6 w/ Xapt3r (1.0-1.5) on January 19, 2006 and got my delivery on the 24th. It was 2 days later than it was supposed to be, but I don't blame the site for that. I also was given a free bonus gift from ordering, which was pretty cool. :)
I'm pleased with my purchase and may buy from them again in the future. Rate up!

After checking the reviews here, I placed an online order with www.extreme-mods.com. I purchased a Viper GC Extreme and a XCM replacement case. I could not have asked for a better experience.
1)Customer Service: I had a few questions prior to purchasing, my email was responded to in less than 12 hours. The response was professional, polite, and informative.
2) Website: The website is easy to navigate and the checkout process is a snap. They accept Paypal, which is my preferred form of online payment. I immediately received an order confirmation email, and then a shipping confirmation email when it was shipped on Monday.
3) Shipping: I ordered it on Saturday, it shipped on Monday, and I received it on Wednesday. You can't argue with that. It was shipped in a sturdy cardboard box and was bubble-wrapped inside. The Viper GC Extreme box was shipped inside the XCM GC case, further protecting it. Nice, thoughtful packing. (The 5$ off coupon for my next purchase was a nice touch too)
The Goods: As I said in the shipping section, everything arrived in perfect condition. After carefully studying the online documentation, installation was a snap and it's running great. Bring on the new BIOS!
In conclusion: Buy from these guys, they are serious about quality products and service. Thanks Guys!
