This company is definitely on my A list<br><br>10\/18\/02<br><br>To be a bit more informative, I\u0027ve placed orders with KM twice now, first order was a Soyo MB and Celeron cpu for a stopgap system upgrade and second order was some sticks of old PC100 ram and an oem processor. On both occassions the turnaround time has been very fast. If you\u0027re having your order shipped to an address other than your billing address, KM does require that you either register the 2nd address with your credit card company OR send them a photocopy of your driver\u0027s license and credit card as an attempt to minimize fraud for both themselves and buyers. That policy slowed delivery down on my first order by 2 days as it took me some time to decide which option to choose. On both orders the items were very well packed in anti-static wrap as well as firm and well supported packing material. The customer contact, Sarah Chen, responded within 30 minutes or so to my email questions. I did not have any need to ask any questions by phone. All of the items are working smoothly in both systems that I plugged them in to. I am very impressed with KM for both their prices and there speed of service. I haven\u0027t had to deal with any RMA issues but their policy as stated fairly clearly on their website seems to be pretty much the same as most of the top seller\u0027s listed here. I\u0027ll be ordering a full system from KM shortly and will update.
