I was initially worried because I had not heard of either EWiz or Super Talent, the SSD (HD) manufacturer, before. For that reason I chose the smaller 30GB model and have not been disappointed. I wish I'd taken the leap of faith and bought the larger 128 GB unit (though that one is nearly $100 cheaper now).

I have shopped at ewiz / newbiiz for several years. Their prices are always the best (for what I am shopping for). They shipping is typically same day or the next day depending on the time of day I place the order. Out of the hundreds of products I have ordered from them, I have only had 1 bad product. I would like to point out, their return program is different than any I have ever seen. The bad item was a hard drive. I got an rma number and returned it via UPS. UPS delivered the RMA hard drive on July 1st. I did not hear anything for a week, so on July 8th I emailed and asked what the status of my RMA is because I need the hard drive. On July 11th, I got an email stating this:  
We have received it on 7/1/08. We had to send it to manufacture to get you  
a replacement. We are expecting it to come back in about 2 to 3 weeks.  
Thank you for your patience.

Had I known that their RMA procedure was just to ship to to the manufacturer, I would have done that myself. This means I will be without my brand new hard drive for at least a month.  
 
In short, I like ewiz and will continue to shop there because their prices are very low. But be aware of their RMA procedure if you need your item anytime soon.

Ordered a Western Digital WD5000AAKS 500GB SATA2 7200rpm 16MB Hard Drive & Thermaltake A2395 3.5 inch Silver River DUO IDE/SATA Enclosure on this order from eWiz.com and pleased with the pricing and service. One of the pair of speakers was broken inside and rattled around. The shipping carton was just fine. I called for RMA but was told I'd have to return the speakers at MY expense! They also do not offer the option of store credit. Although I have purchased over $275 worth of items from them in the last year, I will have to have a VERY good reason to shop with eWiz.com again. They are many other e-tailers out there with better return policies and customer service.

Very fast shipping and product new in the retail package. Great prices and easy to use website. They are a highly recommended seller.

Product was as expected and was shipped/delivered as expected. I was satisfied, no disappointments. I did think the shipping cost was a little excessive but I knew that prior to ordering so no one to blame but myself. I would order from ewiz again if they offer a competitive product.

everything went as expected! It would be nice to see ewiz loosen up on the ups delivery method a bit, they did not allow redirect nor same day pick up. i guess its safer for the customers. anyways, will definitely buy from again.

EWiz has officially replaced NewEgg in my books! The Dual Core Xeon that I had been looking for at NewEgg was constantly going out of stock, but I found it at EWiz and for nearly 20.00 less! Shipping was also a lot faster than NewEgg ever has been. I placed the order late Friday evening, it shipped that following Monday! Newegg would have taken a couple of days if not a little longer!
