This company is a joke, I wish I had never found them. Maybe I can save other people the trouble though.  
 
I ordered a Promise FastTrak RAID controller card from eWiz on May 8th, it shipped on the 11th. I got the card, used it for all of two weeks, then decided I didn't need it for my setup. The only thing I used was the card, I never took out the manual or cables. I requested an RMA from eWiz online, and got a call from them shortly afterwards. I spoke with a person named Rocky who, in my eyes, basically tried to scare me into not returning the card. He said I had to have the card back at eWiz before the 10th, which would be my 30 days. The website says the item simply has to be returned in 15 days, so who's right?  
 
The card ended up getting back there on 10th, it took eWiz all of 12 days to examine it, and I got an e-mail. They said they were denying my refund because the PCI card bracket had a miniscule scratch on the top, which on the picture they included looked like it was about 1/8" long. They denied the refund because of this scratch and claimed the card was not in unused condition. The fact that they considered that a deniable cause is mind boggling. I replied promptly to the e-mail (which was sent by Rocky) stating the other problem I had with this was the fact that the product was not sealed from the manufacturer, so this "micro-scratch" may not even be from me. It could be from another customer who bought and returned the card and it some how got past returns the first time. Well, I never got a response from the e-mail, or a call, but the card eventually turned up back on my doorstep, thanks for nothing eWiz. I should have known from the start, from the fact that they charge a 15% restock fee even when they require the product to be sealed/unused. 15% for someone to take 30 seconds to place it back into the inventory system? What a scam. Other retailers charge a similar fee, but at least they will take back open box items.  
 
Now I'm stuck trying to sell this card over the web, as I have no use for it. Take my advice, don't be suckered by eWiz, or the other two aliases they sell under, because once they have your money, you don't mean a thing anymore.

Good website easy to navigate. Good prices and Great sale prices. Orders processed quickly. I have placed 5 orders with this merchant so far and never a problem. Usually get a follow up e-mail asking if all went smooth and that is a first and I order a lot of stuff online. Keep up the good work SuperBiiz!

I purchased 3 Pico 16Gb drives, I must say that they are great! the people at the RMA center is so helpfull, I sent my item back by mistake, actually by ignorance. They explain to me that the 16Gb is the actual size but windows sees it different, and even do they where rigth they sent me BRAND NEW ITEMS just to leave me at ease. Great product, GREAT PEOPLE. THANKS!

Awesome motherboard, ACC helps, got phenom II 720 running all 4 cores, good oc options in BIOS, will  
accept quad core cpu with default(version 1.0) BIOS; did not have to reinstall windows XP just updated drivers... will buy ASROCK product in a heartbeat, ewiz experience 5 STARS

I ordered the wrong item and they took their time to explain to me what my options were, even save me some time and money on the return. Would gladly do business with again!

Don't even waste your time on this company. Just not worth the headaches if you have a problem with a D.O.A motherboard. I decided to try them out because of price over my usual online retailer and NEVER again. What a joke. My purchased mb would not post with a Quad Core processor. When I rma it, they tested it and told me in was fine with a Duo Core. Well that is not what I'm using and the Gig. mb supports the 45ms Quads. They then told me that the company does not even have a quad core processor to test with! You've got to be kidding me! They then wanted me to wait another 2 weeks while they send it to Gig. to test it themselves. So a month turnaround on a mb that will not post with a quad? Then the CS guy (Rocky) pulls an attitude and asks me what I would do. I tell him I would at least have a quad core processor on hand for testing purposes. He laughs at me and says, "We should spend $300 for a quad to test your motherboard?" I couldn't believe he even said this. Again, what a joke. So now it same motherboard is on its way back to me and I'm headed back to my favorite retailer for the motherboard. I should have stuck with them in the first place! Live and Learn. Stay away from Ewiz/SuperBiz/Newbiiz if you expect some sort of decent customer service. Just not worth the headaches.

Price changes multiple times throughout the day on same product. Refuses to honor prices even if the item is in the cart. Must go through multiple layers of customer service rep to get simple matters resolved.

There selection is not that great. But they offer cheaper prices, and great deals on many items. There order processing is EXTREMELY slow, even if you pay for it. So expect a good 10 business days before you get your shipment. I won't be ordering from there website again.

No problems with order, arrived in less than a week with regular ground UPS. Would recommend and do business with eWiz again.
