"im am not at all happy with eseats i ordered a ticket for the mayweather fight may 4th ive not heard any thing since no confirmation email nothing .ive sent emails tried to phone cannot get through with the internation number as im hoping fly in from england.my detail must be there somewhere as why would someone want a review an experience very dissatisfied"

"I was very pleased with the follow up regarding the purchase and shipment of tickets.I had recieved them a couple of days of ordering them. Im hoping that my seat selection was a good one and my partner and i are looking forward to the show.

"Bought the seats online and checked the box indicating an upgreade if possible. Promptly received a telephone call regarding upgraded seats. I took the offer. The employee was helpful and friendly. Good experience"

"For reaasons unknown to me, I was requested to send to a party unknown to me copies of my credit card and driver's license and an electronic signature. Naturally, I refused to do so. So far, my tickets hjave not arrived."

"I ordered the seats on the weekend and on monday morning, attempted to pick a different game and do an even exchange but was told it could not happen, despite my credit card not having been billed yet
Was disappointed and will likely use Stub Hub in the future, as they allow for this.
All else was good.

“Thanks for the feedback. We make every effort to accommodate our customers to receive the tickets they are interested in buying. If our customer makes a mistake or has a change in plans after their order has been finalized we can offer the buyer the opportunity to consign their tickets and purchase tickets for the correct date. I do not believe StubHub offers buyers the ability to exchange their tickets since they are a marketplace and do not control the tickets they are selling.”
