"waited 2 weeks for some o rings for an auto doser paid in full and paid for 2-3 days shipping that was on the 15 now the 29th and been sending emails and phone calls to answering machines but no reply paypal told me i was on my own so don't expect them to help in the case. I would be very skeptical of this place. I see everyone has good stuff to say but my experience with them has been a lose of money and time. I would go somewhere else if you need it quick or if you don't have the money to lose. The customer support is not here :( . L. Read from MI

"I would highly recommend dealing with eSeasonGear very fast shipping and incredible prices, i ordered a PH pen that was $40.00 cheaper then locally, I live in BC, Canada and it only took 9 days for shipping. "STAY AWAY!! I had place an order with this company 3 weeks ago. I have not received a notification that it has shipped, processed or when it might have shipped. I have tried to contact them many times by phone and through email with no reply. They are located in GA, I am in NJ, it has taken way to long to receive the items. If they would have contacted me to let me know what was going on, and to give me a chance to cancel my order I would not have to post this on every site now.
Cheap is not always the best price!!!

"I bought a Milwaukee refractometer which I found only at one Spanish distributor. eSeasonGear's offer was more attractive, so I decided to buy it and ship it to me (Poland, Europe). The shipment took over 3 weeks, but it's not shop's fault. Anyway, I'm very satisfied with the assistance I got from eSeasonGear team, product quality and the offer."

"I placed an order for an Autopilot Nano saltwater pool chlorinator from eseasongear.com. They were the only folks around that seemed to sell just the power supply and not the entire system. I paid $199 for the power supply unit and $3 for Priority Shipping. I received the unit two days later. This service was exceptional! I also sent an email after placing the order to make sure the item was actually in stock, and I got an immediate response that my item had already been shipped!

I will order from them again, for sure. Thanks!"

"Horrible service, buyers beware!! Eseasongear Sells broken meters. If you buy a broken meter, good luck! You have been warned. Seller will do absolutely NOTHING to help you. He will shoe you away and attempt to make you ship it across the country on your dime and wait for the manufacture. He does not disclose the fact that it needs repair at the time of sell. Chargeback!!! ONLY SOLUTION!! Customer service is insulting, arrogant, and rude. Should not be in business. Hopefully they will go out of business and do the world a favor."

"My Salt Pool system recently burned out. I knew what to do to repair it & ordered the very costly part from eSeasonGear.com at a discount of nearly 75%. It arrived in days & packaged ever so carefully as these electronics are so sensitive & fragile when handling. After installing it myself & turning on the power; the
