"It's been over a month now and still no change in status on my order. It's still on order from manufacturer. Credit card charged right away. Over a month wait for an order is unacceptable."

"It seems like everybody is happy with eReplacementParts unless the item they ordered is not in stock. I ordered a fryer basket for my DeLonghi deep fryer on April 2. It is now June 2 and the item is still on backorder, although my credit card was charged on the day of the order. I have contacted customer service to suggest that my credit card should be refunded and not charged until they have actually shipped the item to me, and was informed that this is not their policy. Well, I think that's a bad policy. I still want the fryer basket; don't want to go searching around for another source after all this time; but I don't think it's right to hold on to my money when you don't know when/if you can deliver the item."

"Very poor service after shipping the wrong part. Won't try these guys again. Go somewhere else.

After receiving a part that looked nothing like what was ordered, I called and was provided an RMA # and returned it while re-ordering the same (but supposedly correct) part. I understand mistakes happen. However, after 1 week goes by I notice on-line that my new order # is cancelled without me being told, and no credit processed. I had to call to find out what was going on, they admitted out of stock, suggested I go elsewhere, and said that it would take 3 (more) business days (after a week already) to receive a credit - that I suspect was never processed in the 1st place.

Also - the responses to e-mail messages on the topic took 7 days! I sent pictures of their part on the web site, what they sent me, etc. and a complete explanation and the response took 7 days and acknowledged that I had called and that they had "...created an RMA for your part and created a new order to send you the correct part" which was false because by then the replacement order showed as cancelled."

"I have ordered parts several times from you and have received nothing but outstanding service. Some orders were placed in the evening and I would receive an email the following morning that the parts had been shipped. I have and will continue letting my friends and others know of your outstanding service. Thanks"

"Went to Lowe's for a replacement blade adaptor for the Troy Bilt mower that I bought there. Took model and serial numbers with me. Asked Lowe's employee if they had it or if I needed to order it. He looked at the part (not the numbers) and got it off the shelf ($7.20). Took it home and it didn't fit. Looked at Lowe's online and that part says it fits MOST mowers. It is the only one they sell.
Next went to Troy Bilt parts online. Confusing parts chart with 2 different items for my model & serial number. Contacted Troy Bilt customer service and was helped by a very nice but very confused rep. It took him quite a while to figure out which part I needed (15.00) and then quite a while longer to find out that that the spring clip and bolt would be charged extra.
Found eReplacements, easily found the 3 piece kit, placed my order and had it in 2 days! It cost $11.04 for the 3 piece kit (much less than Troy Bilt, more than Lowe's BUT it was the correct part).
I will definitely check eReplacements first in the future.

"They deduct the money from your account on the first business day after ordering no matter how long it takes to get the part nor with a guarantee that they can get the part from the manufacture. The manufacturer states the part as unavailable on their website or I would not have looked elsewhere. Now my money will be theirs for 3 - 4 weeks till they send me an email stating they can't get it and I have to wait 5 - 7 business days for a refund?"

"After looking around locally and at other online stores, I found what I needed at eReplacementParts.com. Their illustration of the part confirmed I was ordering the correct item, and they had the best shipping price. Best of all, it was in stock and showed up 2 days earlier than projected. I will definitely be purchasing from them again the next time I need something!"
