"Wow! I looked all over for my Canon EOS 10D. They had them on back order, but gave me a 2 week estimate. They updated us on the status when the cameras arrived, and my camera arrived before the 2 week estimate. Great communication, great price, we are very happy with e-PhotoCraft (in Burke, VA). "Excellent service and fast delivery as promised. They beat the competition with the availability of the camera (bought Canon EOS D10). They were always courteous yet personal and friendly, helpful and patient with all the questions and tried to help me with some of my purchasing decisions without being pushy. I trusted ordering from them and I don't regret it! Will buy from them again. Thanks!"

"I'm very satisfied with the service and products ePhotoCraft.com provided me. There were so many other online stores that sold the same products as what I got. I spent lots of time choosing the best online store to buy the products from. I decided to go with ePhotoCraft.com because 1) the sales person was very responsive and professional, 2) they were able to get me a very demanded product (Canon 10D) within a couple of days, and 3) other people had rated ePhotoCraft.com very high. "This was one of the most pleasurable purchases I have made on line. Customer service was great, they kept me posted on processing and shipping of the lens. They provided me with the UPS tracking number and it arrived right on time. The lens was well packed and arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend ePhotoCraft to everyone."

"Why would anyone go to New York dealer after buying from this company once? The salesman, Eldar, was polite, most helpful, and I could actually understand him. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything. Shortly after I placed the order for my D100 Eldar called back to tell me the Nikon rep had just contacted them and told them the price on the D100 was lowered $200 effective that morning. He said they were giving me the camera at the new price. They could just as easily have kept their mouths shut and I would never have known the difference. How refreshing -- honesty and caring about the customer! Thank you, ePhotoCraft for a great shopping experience; I'll be back!"

"First time ordering and would do it again in a heartbeat. They answered the phone on the first ring, and Eldar was courteous and helpful. None of that upselling that other places are so famous for attempting. My camera and accessories were shipped the same day and I was emailed with my order number and UPS tracking info. The package arrived complete, intact and correct practically to the hour. These guys are great!"

"Their customer service is excellent. I places an order on a Monday, and that evening when I got home, there was a message on my answering machine from them. There was a problem with my order. My first reaction was "oh no!". I called them back (about 7pm EST) and the customer service representative told me that the $58 remote control listed on their web site for the camera I was purchasing was not the correct remote control. I would need the $70 remote control. This is not normally a good sign, but with out a single word from me, the representative said because it was their error, they would give me the $70 remote for $58.

The customer service representative also noticed that my delivery address was relatively close to their home office. I had not noticed this and had asked for 2 day air mail delivery. The representative suggested I do ground delivery (normally 3 to 7 days to deliver) because it would probably only take 1 or 2 days to reach my delivery address due to how close their office was. True to their word, they shipped the package Tuesday morning, and it arrived Wednesday afternoon.
