"Excellent experience, all around. We ordered a Nikon D50 dSLR body with lense, speedlight, and SD card. The lense was on backorder, so we were called and asked whether we would accept the lense from a D70 kit, which is identical but would come without its own cardboard box. We agreed and five days later we received everything with USA manufacturer's warranty and all. Did I mention the price was excellent as well?

My only suggestion for improvement would be to maybe use FedEx for shipping instead of UPS, since the UPS bozos basically sat on the shipment for a whole day, less than 50 miles away from us, because it wasn't "scheduled to be delivered yet." That was Friday, so afterwards they sat on it for the entire weekend as well. Obviously, this is an issue with UPS, not the store. I just wish I could've chosen FedEx shipment instead."

"Good transaction. Best price I could find for nikon D50 and separate zoom lens. ( Except for very low rated rip off companies) Ordered on line,in stock, quick confirmation and tracking number emailed out. All equipment full US warranty. I will definitely look here first for future purchases."

"I found the much sought after Nikon 24-70mm f/2.8 zoom online after weeks of searching. Place after place indicated "sold out" or on "back-order". I called, and they gave me the last one. Price was very reasonable (unlike other e-tailers who take advantage of short supply and jack up the price over retail). They shipped it that day and I had it in my hands 3 days later! Great customer support and prompt delivery. I would definitely buy from them again."

"I have ordered two rather expensive lenses (at least for me) from Photocraft and have been very satisfied with their prices and service. Eldar has taken care of me and my purchases, taking the time to make sure everything was in order. To me that is above and beyond their competition, or it would seem to me in my past dealings with others on the East Coast. I can honestly give Photocraft my highest recommendation. Do youself a favor and shop them first. You will be satisfied. I know I will continue to shop for my needs there."

"Here's a commendation: website clear, informative and easy to navigate, purchase sequence direct and clear, communication during and afterwards good. What really impressed me was receipt a couple days later of a email informing me about a price drop for the camera I had ordered. I thought perhaps I had missed an opportunity. However, when I called, your salesman checked, found my order had not shipped, and rewrote the purchase to include the price drop. My only regret: I don't live in the Washington, DC, area any more, so I could shop with you at your stores. I will have to rely on The On-Line Experience and that is more than adequate."

"Absolutely perfect. Was searching all over the internet for a Manfrotto 393 heavy lens gimbal head. Out of stock at B&H, Adorama, all the usual places. I'd never heard of ePhotoCraft, but they had my item, and at a great price, so after reading a few positive reviews I placed my order. Am happy to report that I will definitely do business with them again! The order shipped immediately, they provided tracking, and it arrived quickly, brand new as described... Thank you ePhotoCraft! "Extremely friendly and knowledgable people. Fantastic service and incredibly fast shipping. To meet my needs, they broke apart a camera kit (with lens) to get me the camera (body only) that I wanted, but which was not in stock at that time. I could not have asked for better service at very competitive prices. I will definitely shop them first next time I need any photographic equipment."

"Really great, trustworthy business to shop with. I bought a DSLR and had it at my doorstep three days later. There was some minor confusion with my credit card number at first, which was my fault and immediately remedied by a quick phone call with the owner, who is extremely professional and helpful. So, great customer service too. Their prices are also some of the best I've seen for photo equipment. I'll definitely be a returning customer."
