"Incredibly great service from this merchant! I received my customized item in less than 4 days (including a holiday weekend!) from the time I placed my order. It was reasonable shipping costs, and the item itself was way cheaper than at a department store. A+"

"This Seller provides EXCELLENT service. Their ordering system is very easy to use and the follow up communication is very thorough.

My order required monogramming, but still arrived just a few days after I ordered it.

I also ordered gift wrapping on my item and it was very tastefully done."

"I ordered 2 cutters but only 1 arrived. I asked the company if there was a second shipment coming or if it was an oversight. Within minutes, they responded that it was an oversight and the second cutter arrived in 2 days.
I am very satisfied with the selection of quality products and the speed in which they resolved my issue. I will shop here again in the near future."

"Great service! I needed my order in a hurry, therefore I was really nervous about ordering...being the shipment was coming from Texas (I'm in California). I took a chance and placed my order, it came 3 days early and was perfect! Everything was engraved exactly how I wanted.
eLighters did a great job on my order. I will order again as needed and refer my friends."

"ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT!!!
I received confirmation of my order immediately via email. I received my order very quickly, only to find that the engraved initials were incorrect. I wanted the number "5" to be included in the initials and it was engraved as an "S". I got all upset and flustered and called the phone number on the website. Mr. Gaurang, the gentlemen that answered the phone, was VERY polite and VERY apologetic. He explained that when engraving initials, a number cannot be included, only alphabetic letters can be engraved; thus the using of the letter "S". He explained that the number "5" can be used by itself and that he would have it corrected immediately and mailed to me. I was to keep the incorrect one.

He was so nice to me that I felt so bad I was so upset at him and I apologized. To my surprise, the new lighter was delivered within 2 days by FEDEX (not Priority Mail like the 1st order.) I called him the next day to thank him for such excellent service.

I will gladly recommend elighters.com to anyone.

"Made my first order from this merchant.The website was easy to navigate and the description of each item was precise and easy to read.My order was shipped within 48 hours and tracking numbers were provided for both shippers at their website. No bouncing between shippers tracking my order. Both orders arrived at my residence two days later within a couple of hours of each other. Not bad for Texas to Georgia.The merchandise arrived in perfect condition and was exactly as advertised at their website. I have no reservations recommending them to anyone looking for the best selection in lighters and cigar cutters. They also offer engraving services on their complete product line. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Michael "

"eLighters is an excellent company. I had ordered a cigar case which had specific design I had liked. When I received the item, it wasn't like the one advertised. I emailed with my concern and they told me that each piece is unique but that they will contact the company to get me a case like the one on display. Well, they got it. And I couldn't have been any happier. I am very pleased with the company's customer service. I will definitely purchase from them again!"

"I made a complicated order for gifts for my groomsmen and elighters got the entire order correct. Great customer service and very speedy delivery. I contacted them with questions and someone contacted me immediately with an answer (Guarang). I had a follow up question/order and Guarang was more than accommodating. Overall, a great experience and I will use them again."
