When I needed to return the item because I ended up not going to the party they returned it back to me saying it was scratched. I never took it out of the box. They sent this item to me like this and would not take it back. Whoever sent it to me in the first place should have noticed the scratches. They also didn\u0027t secure the cutter down so it moved around in package during shipping which is probably how it got scratched. However it happened it was not my fault. I never took it out of box. I will NEVER do business with this company again. "Hello eLighters Team!
I am very pleased with my lighters. This is my 2nd order with eLighters and I am hoping to be a repeat customer again and again. The gold lighter is very smooth and the flame perfect for my coal lighting activities (shisha). Its a real eye grabber and everyone asks me where I got it from. The black one has a flame but gets the job done just the same ;) Thank you and look forward to dealing with you guys in the future!
