"Experience was generally good. Part of the order was on backorder however I was notified of this prior to delivery and I did receive delivery of the partial order in a timely manner. The product was as described and of good quality. "

"Products looked great on web site, of the 64 items ordered, 12 were available to be shipped, 52 were backordered.

I sent a note inquiring on estimated time for backorder once I found this happening- have never received a reply!!

Todate, it's a real problem as was drop shipping to my interior shop 1,000 miles from my residence. These knobs go on a high-end motor coach that I deliver to a third party. The 12 knobs are of no value without those backordered!
My score is 12 for 64- wonder how long it takes for me to order again!

"I've contacted a person at this company to order 3 more pulls. This would make a total of 28 pulls. I made arrangements through PayPal to pay for the extra pulls. I ended up paying twice. At this point in time, I have received 22 pulls with no reason to believe I'll ever get the right total, much less a refund for the extra money sent."

"I typically do a lot of research into products I intend to purchase especially when I am purchasing from an On-Line store. For the pulls I needed to complete my kitchen remodel I scoured many web sites to find the style and price for pulls to match our new kitchen design. I found eKnobsandPulls during a search and found the pull style we had identified as the right fit and was happy to see they had the best price for the pulls. A bit more research into the reliability of the company satisfied me so I placed the order.
eKnobsandPulls was quick to respond that the pulls I ordered were on backorder with the exception of two units which they sent immediately. This was a help as it allowed me to do a check fit and make a template to drill the cabinets and drawers. eKnobsandPulls kept me updated on the backorder parts and sent me the shipping confirmation as promised.
I have most of the pulls installed now and they look great in our new kitchen.
With the quality of the pulls and the service provided by eKnobsandPulls I would purchase again then next time I have need of cabinet or drawer hardware. "
