"I bought a used/recond. cap, the site clearly establishes that items are to be shipped within 7-10 business days, I called at certain point and the guy wasn't friendly or nice but he told me my item should be delivered on time.Well, they did; I received an email providing USPS tracking number on 7-2 and the package was at my door on 7-5. So if I have to be honest this guys were professional tough we could wish for a warmer, or at least, a more professional response when we call.I'm happy with my purchase but certainly the quality of service in America is something we are just losing more and more..."
"Purchased parts listed available on ehubcap.com on May 10, 2007. Waited two weeks for the parts. When they did not arrive I began trying to contact someone at ehubcap.com. I received one response email stating that the part was not available and I could buy a more expensive part. My response was that I expected the parts I ordered in a timely manner or a refund. Ehubcaps.com has yet to acknowledge my email or send any type of communication as of June 6, 2007. I have called and continually emailed to no avail. If you are looking for a seller to be responsible and expedient, ehubcap.com is not the one. "
