"I ordered the 7 inch mini white netbook at an unbelievable price of $99. It arrived within 3 days. It would not connect to WIFI. I called, and they were very helpful. Sent email directions, and we corresponded back and forth with the determination that it was defective. I mailed it back to them, and they sent me another. They were out of white, and sent black. It works just fine. It was new and boxed. I am surprised to read of all the difficulties others have experienced. I found my experience to be frustrating due to a defective product but rewarding in the end. I am satisfied and would recommend using this company."

I order the notebook on line via the eGlobal site, I received it via Priority mail in only 6 days after the order was confirmed and paid via PayPal. I was concerned after reading all the reviews on this site so I called the company and was given the tracking number. The net book arrived fine. I have not booted it up yet but as far as shipping and customer service goes I would give them an A and have no problems at all with that end of this deal. I hope others who have ordered from eGlobal will leave positive remarks as sometimes I believe that only the people that have had a bad experience are the ones who comment. One final thing, this is a very inexpensive notebook, if you are expecting to get a $500.00 item for under $100.00 then you are expecting way too much. Not only from eGlobal but any company! "

"I purchased the same $99 netbook that everyone here is talking about. I purchased the additional $12 warranty. I plugged it in and it didn't hold a charge. Emailed them and they sent out another charger. That didn't work. I told them and they sent out a new battery and a new charger. Got it working for about 3 weeks. Then one day the screen had a problem where the refresh was super slow making "ghost" images of the windows. I returned that netbook and they sent out another. The problem with everyone reviewing saying this netbook is crap is that it is true. I reviewed the specs of the netbook and knew exactly the kind of piece of crap this is going to be.
It will not connect to 802.11n routers. It doesn't have flash or java, nor can you add it. The specs say Windows on Chip and runs Windows CE. There is little is not any additional apps you can add.
It will primarily only do basic web browsing and basic email. It doesn't do flash so no feature rich websites including most kids sites. Speakers are tinny and not loud. I was however able to stream music and play some streaming windows media and youtube videos. Plug in headphones and it's fine for sound. I got exactly what I paid for. Also, I can tether this to my cellphone to browse the web, unlike my wife's NookColor.
The problem is not with the reseller. The problem is with people who don't understand technology. The specs are exactly what they are...cheap and crappy. Why are you getting mad at a reseller for a product you should have known was a big piece of crap?
CVS was selling this exact same netbook last year and received the same complaints.
Stop shortselling your kids on an educational tool and spend the extra $150 to get the HP mini or Acer EeePC if you want something useful."
"Absolutely awful experience. Not only was the bluetooth device product not in retail packaging, it was scuffed and the paint was chipped. In addition, the microphone did not work! Customer service insisted that I pay a restocking fee and ship the item myself back to them, even though it was not functional!
DO NOT SHOP HERE! EVER! Products are not new and they will NOT work to fix your experience when you have a bad one!

I ordered a bluetooth from them and had the same problem as the reviewer before me: it didn't work---it wouldn't turn on. No matter how much I checked whether it's fully charged or how long I waited, it just would not turn on.
From reading the posts of previous reviewers, I've decided not to even bother calling customer service and and having to deal with hassles and still won't have my problem resolved.
"On ordering 1 August the Blueant q1 (bluetooth headset) arrived vis USPS defective out of the thinly padded envelope on 6 August 2009. Contrary to website claim of a 'full refund within 30 days', a nearly 30%-lower refund was credited; I assume a restock fee was charged (free shipping on all products is claimed so no shipping/handling clawback should be levied). And I likely spent 3-4X as much properly packaging and sending back via Fedex (arriving at eGlobalwireless on 11 August 2009). I note the same make/model now appears to be available for 50% more (labeled as recertified); and it is also available at the lower price that attracted my order. What's that all about?"
