"I absolutely agree with both the reviewers before me! Definitely do not purchase from this online store!!

I ordered a bluetooth from them and had the same problem as the reviewer before me: it didn't work---it wouldn't turn on. No matter how much I checked whether it's fully charged or how long I waited, it just would not turn on.

From reading the posts of previous reviewers, I've decided not to even bother calling customer service and and having to deal with hassles and still won't have my problem resolved.

Bottom Line: Stay away from this store!!!"

"Absolutely awful experience. Not only was the bluetooth device product not in retail packaging, it was scuffed and the paint was chipped. In addition, the microphone did not work! Customer service insisted that I pay a restocking fee and ship the item myself back to them, even though it was not functional!

DO NOT SHOP HERE! EVER! Products are not new and they will NOT work to fix your experience when you have a bad one!

BAD BAD BAD!!"

"The transaction was smooth. Very fast shipping. Product was a great OEM headset. Great price!

I had doubts after reading the reviews, but I took the chance and boy am I am happy I did. They have live support which eased a lot of my concerns.

"DO NOT under any circumstances shop at this store. They are criminals. NOTHING about the experience was favorable. They misrepresented what they sell and the customer service sucks."

"I think they are a scam. My order still hasn't been shipped. I ordered two a pink and green and after reading it sounds as if you have to turn them in for them to ship your order out. If this is the way they do business they need to be shut down. SCAM"

"Item was out of stock they charged me in full regardless. I asked numerous times & tickets, for them to justify this illegal process. Out of stock, they offered "different color" & then they charged me a 25% cancellation fee on my original order on their out of stock item.
Failure to comply with a FULL refund will result in my filing a complaint with The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) as well as the better business bureau. By end of business my credit card should reflect the FULL amount owed me. CEO "Jay" cell phone#: 917-676-7442. I cannot get him to pick up my call again, nor any live customer service person EVER."

"i have the same thing happening to me i waited for over 2hrs for live chat and she gave me a shiping number and told me my package should be here soon that it was sent out i told her no that i want to talk to a live person and a live person better call me right now and she did i told her i was going to call the news stations in my town if i dont have the labtop by friday she said you will have it before friday then i told her that i was going to call the news stations if it does not work i have called them for 4 days strat nobody is that busy. so wait for a live chat and tell them you want to talk to a live person give them your number tell them you will call the news stations i think if we all stand up to eglobal we can get something done here is the number she called me from maybe it will help you all out 954 621 3553 and trust me if i dont get the comp or if i get it and it does not work i am calling every news stations around "

"This company is truly the worst company I have ever done business with. Unlike many who have had experiences with them, I did speak with Eric, the 'store manager'. He was very rude and cocky about refusing to send a tag for the return postage and also charging the 'restocking fee' for a defective item. Basically, he told me I was out of luck to expect to get any satisfaction from this company.

I ordered the Netbook and it would not work once it was recharged. I then paid to return it and got a replacement that nearly started on fire when we recharged it. They told me that I'd have to pay the restocking fee which is outlandish for a defective item. I decided that I would take the partial refund and I then went to my credit card company and attempted to get the money back from them that way. I was successful. They credited me for the restocking fee, the rush shipping fee and also the warranty I paid for. I did not get the return shipping fee back but I was happy with what I did get. ($47.00)

I am usually a pretty savvy consumer and I was quite impressed by what appeared to be very good reviews of this product and so I purchased it based mainly on that. When I had my awful experience with them, I decided to leave a negative review and voila, it disappeared before it hit the website, therefore I was unable to warn others of this company. I only wish that I had checked further for other reviews of them on other websites before doing business with them.

If you have been ripped off by them, please consider filing a complaint with your credit card company. (There is a time limit for filing.) Have your documentation and you will most likely be successful. Do not let them get away with this and if you have a similar experience, please let others know on sites like this one so that they can be stopped. "

"Bought the netbook and delivery was late then received it worked 5 minutes quit thought it was power cord so went and bought one it's not it is a piece of crap!! Beware I'm disputing with my credit card! "

"Do NOT use this company. I received a Plantronics bluetooth in a ziploc bag with no plantronics packaging or instructions. The bluetooth quit within 30 days so I was able to exchange it for another and requested one in the original sealed manufacturer's packaging. I received the replacement in an unsealed Plantronics package with xeroxed rather than original instructions. They are selling used items as new items. I don't know if they ever sell truly new items."
