"Bought 3 10 foot HDMI cables that didn't work from Eforcity, turned out they were from a store called "CMPLE", on Amazon.
They were VERY cheap, though.
Allowed me to return, haven't gotten money back yet."

"Horrible customer service. I have not received the item I ordered. My emails all receive a "form" email response thanking me for my patience and reiterating the 4-10 day delivery estimate--which has come and gone. "

"i order two items from eforcity on 1/25/2012 it never got shipped to me.I email the company to let them know on the 1/31/2012 and 2/1/2012 no one email or call me back. so now i am out of my money. i guess thats what i get ordering from a company that don't have great service. And its not that i want my money back i want the items i paid for i check the tracking #for one it take 3 days to update and it said it was delivered i ran into the mailman that day and it was not there so i run the mailman down he said he didn't have anything from eforcity. I go back and check the tracking it said delivered at 3:29 p.m. my mailman come every between 4:30 and 6:30 every day "

"THIS COMPANY IS PRETTY BAD. CHEAPER IS NOT BETTER WHEN DEALING WITH THEM. CANCELLING AN ORDER WAS AN EXTREMELY DIFFICULT PROCESS.

PLEASE AVOID EFORCITY AND PAY THE EXTRA $5 SOMEWHERE REPUTABLE. (AMAZON, TIGER DIRECT, BEST BUY, ETC)

I AM REALLY NOT ONE TO WRITE A NEGATIVE REVIEW. THIS COMPANY RANKS 1 OUT OF 10. I WAS ONLY TRING TO SAVE $3. I WILL NEVER ORDER FRMO THEM EVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE NOR WILL I RECOMMEND OR MENTION THEIR NAME."

"Absolutely terrible customer service.
I placed an order, and they canceled with no notice claiming a problem with the credit card. No call to clarify, no email suggesting I call them, just deleted my order.
I recommend you find a vendor that will deliver your order, and really contact you if there is a problem. These guys will not."

"Very poor service. I ordered a battery charger for a Sony digital camera. They sent a battery instead, despite all correspondence detailing the device I ordered. They refuse to contact me to resolve the issue.

Tried to contact eforcity at their number 626-442-3168 and no matter what extension I try every hold ends with the words "there is no one available to answer your call.""

"I ordered 3 small items for my computer on a Friday and they shipped the same day. They provided free shipping, whereas competitors offering the same item wanted $8+ shipping to send a package that only weighed a few ounces. An order confirmation and tracking number via DHL was provided. They had the best price I could find, even better than eBay sellers in China. I had no problems with my order."

"These guys had the best online selection for HDMI cables & the most competitive prices. My order shipped promptly & arrived complete in less than a week. I've been pleased with my cables but since I've moved, I need one that's longer. I'm purchasing from them again & recommend them to anyone in need of electronics or accessories. Thanks!!"
