And its not that i want my money back i want the items i paid for i check the tracking #for one it take 3 days to update and it said it was delivered i ran into the mailman that day and it was not there so i run the mailman down he said he didn\u0027t have anything from eforcity. The first e-mail I received did not address anything my e-mail mentioned but simply asked for my order number. I re-iterated the fact that I purchased it through their reseller and added the order number. Their next e-mail was simply that they could not locate my order number and again ignored all the details of my reply. This went back and forth a couple times, ignoring all my questions. I\u0027m convinced the customer service representative \u0022Mamie\u0022 doesn\u0027t understand the least bit of English.
