I ordered a special sale item one evening for $2.99, including shipping. After a week and not receiving it, I went to their site and found an Order Tracking option.
My order had shipped the next morning and it had a U S Postal Service (USPS)tracking number listed.
I then went to the USPS web site which said the package was delivered to me two days earlier!
I was home that day, and the package was definitely not in the mail.
I sent an e-mail to eForcity customer support that Saturday night about 11:30 PM and to my surpise I received an e-mail back a few minutes later with a couple of suggestions. I let the rep know I had already done what was suggested. She then sent a second note to comfirm my address and said they would send a replacement Monday. I said I would wait a few days to see if the post office was able to find and forward it to me. She responded that to follow up with them in a few days.
Well, the package did not show up so I sent the eForcity rep an update, and she said they would send me a replacement the next day.
They did exactly what they said, and the replacement showed up a few days later.
I have to give them a big thumbs up because:
- There was absolutely no arguement about the missing shipment.
- Late night weekend customer support that was very effective. (First I had ever seen this.)
- The actual order that I ultimately received was as represented and the price was excellent.
I do not know how the customer service could have been any better. I will continue to shop with these folks. (The USPS could learn something about customer service from eForcity.)

I have had nothing but good deals from this site, everything has been delivered quickly [Except for this last item, it shipped late, but I'll attribute that to Black Friday/Thanksgiving]. I would recommend this site, and I have.
The only complaint I do have about the site is when I used customer service, they did not work with me, they basically said "I can't do anything, I'm just a call center" and they said they would have a Supervisor contact me, and he/she never did.
[Note however, this issue was not about an item, but about an advertisement they were running at the time, they were rude though. Tried to get me off the phone.]
All the orders I have gotten have sufficed, and as advertised, I will continue to shop there, and I suggest you do the same.

I bought this 7 port hub TWICE. It is so great to be able to use everything I need on my MACBOOK without unplugging anything. My nephew thought the Hub was so COOL. I bought it again through eForcity. I bought the first one from eForcity also. They ship quickly and the product is well packed and reasonably priced. The customer service sent e mail with follow-up to see that I got what I ordered.

The ording process and price was very good. The products I received were also as expected. I would have liked an email shipment confirmation. In this age of internet scams, this first time customer was a bit concerned with no feedback and an excessive time to delivery.
However, I was pleased overall and would do business with you in the future. sb

I ordered $25 item 11/17/08, today is 11/30/08 – still waiting for delivery. Shipping details provided by eForcity were incorrect, did not received any respond when requested correct info. Company is using dishonest style of doing business. I will not be using their service again, and will have to ask my credit card company to cancel payment.

I placed a "Marketplace" order from this store through Buy.com on 11/27 @ 21:03 EST for an eSATA - eSATA cable. I realized a few hours later I had made an error in the cable type I needed. Buy.com instructed me to deal directly with eforcity concerning any issues with my order. On 11/28 @ 03:04, I sent an email directly to eforcity asking them to cancel my order. I cut-&-pasted the email receipt I had received from Buy.com with the order details including an order number. Today, I received an email from Buy.com that eforcity had shipped the item on 11/28 @ 19:00 PST. So, over 16 hours after I requested they cancel my order, they still shipped the item anyway. Shipping to me wasn't free to begin with & now I'm going to have to pay shipping again to return it. Never mind it was a US$6 item, it's just plain annoying they disregarded my request. But this is also how they make their money -- a few dollars here & a few dollars there. It all adds up. They anticipate I'll keep the item now because it'll cost me more in shipping to return it than to pay the $6 & keep the item I don't need.
I will NOT buy from this company again.

I really enjoy shopping at eforcity.com. Products are always of best quality and I get free shipping on most of it. Prices are way affordable than any other stores online. I would highly recommend this website to other friends and family members. Check it out before buying any electronics from any other store.

Products were shipped the next day by UPS. Info was updated on UPS's website that day, however UPS didn't update anything until the day my products were deliver. Products were delivered in 7 business days. Nothing was damaged and both my husband and I are happy! Only drawback was on UPS's side with leavingme in the dark on tracking status, which eforcity.com couldn't help.
