In my latest, I needed to replace a kitchen faucet sprayer head, a Delta stainless-steel model. I needed only the head. I called a couple of local plumbing supply houses, and the typical answer was, "it would be a special order; it would take about three weeks to get from the factory; it will cost around $68." And that was for the head alone! eFaucets, by contrast, got it (the Delta-factory item) to me in three days, it cost $29 (free shipping), and I got both head and hose for that price."

"I had hestition on placing an order with this company, but after speaking with Savannah in Sales, I decided that they have way more positive feedback out there than negative and they sure were helpful on the phone. I purchased Kohler products for my home and have been very satisfied."
