"Do not buy from this store. They are dishonest.
I order three Toto toilets from them. They shipped me the wrong ones. I informed them of their error so they offered to replace them but the ones I wanted were on back order. This is contrary to what their site says.

I asked them to cancel the order so I could meet my project timelines and buy from someplace else. They would not entertain it until I setup a 3-way call with the credit card company. They said on the call that they would refund the entire amount including shipping.

I have not received the refund as yet. I informed them that I have disputed the charge. The customer service dept. replied to my email:

That’s fine. We will simply move forward to mediation, which will now take several months to complete and issue a refund. At this point, you have still violated our Terms & Conditions by refusing the replacement after you signed for the shipment. We will follow up with the credit card company as a reversal and dispute and deal with them directly.

"eFaucets is really not a good company to shop with. My wife and I ordered toilets from them for a new house. They told us that the toilets would be delivered in 4-6 weeks. Without our permission they immediately charged our credit card for the full order including the shipping. Then in the six weeks we called to check on the order and were told that it would take at least another four weeks. Of course they already had our money so they showed no concern at all as to whether or not we ever received the toilets. Stay away from eFaucets.com"

"Ordered Rohl shower arm 1120APC from eFaucets.com. Description on the site stated ½” mail thread. When received the arm I found out that is metric thread. They tried to explain to me that it was ½ inch metric. (Just like ½ pound kilogram). Anyway, arrange for the exchange, not just return, bought more expansive shower arm. Got RMA for the first one, shipped it back. They received it on 7/29. Three weeks later started to call them about my credit (from their email - usually takes 7-10 business days, but can take up to 30). Either warehouse closed or the computer system had problem – could not get a straight answer. Sent an email, got respond – call our customer service. This time decided to go live chat (LTK145014304691X ) They told me I should expect credit in seven business days. Too long!
I am not saying you shouldn’t buy from them; I am just sharing my experience. I know I will not go back to eFaucets.com. I should have stack with Ira Woods, had good experience with them.

Well, today is 8/29/09. Still no credit! Contacted their "customer" support - same thing - "You should expect you credit with-in seven business days""

"Placed an order on Friday 7/25/08 for 3 TOTO toilet seats which were in stock. Order was shipped on Monday 7/28/08 and I received the seats in perfect condition on 7/31. Couldn't be more pleased (especially since some of the reviews were not favorable). Wouldn't hesitate to buy again."

"Faucet came in a reasonable period of time. The cost was not the lowest, but within a $25 range of the lowest. Package and product was undamaged, and all parts were present. The item was what was ordered, and when professionally installed, the faucet did work. I have noted some glitches where the faucet turns on when nothing touches it and have tried to touch it to turn on and the faucet refused to respond. For the most part these occasions are very infrequent. I am just sure the faucet is in the "off" position when no one is coming or going into the kitchen for long periods of time. Like at night when we go to bed."

"We had some questions that could not be answered by the web site.
We called and spoke to Meghan who was charming and very helpful and answered our questions.

We haven't received our order yet so it's too early to tell about the merchandise but I expect it to be as advertised."

"on 3/16/2012 and 4/08/2012, I made purchases of large items for a home remodeling project in my home. One cabinet arrived in a heavily damaged box. The damage to this item was immediately obvious and a claim entered. Now that the Construction workers are unpacking other items(requiring 3 men to remove) and we found another defective cabinet. Now I'm being told by the Efaucets rep, that by signing for the deliver, I have no guarantees and should not have signed for the items until everything was inspected. I was and remain amazed that they gave me this kind of response. I am a senior citizen and am unable to remove all these very heavy items from their containers and examine them without some kind of help. My kitchen is next and I will look closely at the company I purchase items of this size from. I'm very disappointed Efaucets"

"The most horrible customer service I have received from an online merchant! And I shop online all the time. It took them seconds to take my payment but I am still waiting for my refund after weeks of dealing with customer service.

I ordered a towel warmer, the website said it was in stock. After a week of not getting a shipment advice, I emailed Customer support to check on the status. I was informed that it was 3 - 5 weeks out. I also called and was on hold for 20 minutes and gave up. After several attempts to get customer service to cancel the order via email, I finally got someone on the phone who informed me that the delivery date would be July. I asked to cancel and was told it was canceled and that I would receive an email within 5 days about the cancellation and refund. After a week of not getting the said email, I emailed Customer service again and reminded them. Finally got the email confirming the cancellation. The email also informed me that I would get a refund within 5-7 days. A week again passed and no refund. Finally received an email yesterday stating that the refund has been processed, still waiting for it to show up in my credit card account."

"The pot filler I purchased was the best value on the internet. We received it next day air and only paid 6.50 extra. It was beautiful. The people that helped me were very helpful and i would definitly buy from you again (which I did the next day)"

"We had a terrible experience ordering from efaucets.com. We ordered 2 items, one of which was shipped in 2 days. After a week, when we didn't receive the second item, I called & was told that it would not be available for 2-3 weeks so I asked to cancel. I even received an email notifying me that the cancellation had been submitted, so I ordered the item from another source. FOUR DAYS LATER I received another email telling me that the order could not be cancelled as the item was in transit. I asked that the item not be shipped as I would return it & I was told that was not possible. It was definitely not in transit as we did not receive it until 20 DAYS LATER! No one I spoke to was even remotely helpful. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER OR ANY OF THEIR STORES EVER AGAIN AND I HAVE TOLD MY CONTRACTOR AS WELL!"
