"Efaucets was very personable and helpful when I called to place an order. The trouble is this: the sales person (male) on the phone even suggested what type of toilet I needed. When it was time to install it (my construction was delayed due to contractor being delayed) I was told it was the wrong one. The plumber told me which one to get so I called efaucets a few days ago to inform them of the wrong toilet. They said they couldn't do anything because it was past 30-days return policy. I said even if it was your sales person who recommended the model toilet I purchased? They asked me who it was & of course I could not remember his name....isn't he on file any way? The sales rep then said, "sorry we still can't accept a return." I said "even if I am purchasing another model"? They were adamant with their policy and refused my plea. I was actually quite upset. I did order the replacement but I will seriously consider not placing an order with them again in the future. I know Amazon's return policy is extremely fair...as are many other establishments. "
"horrible company...really advise NOT to order anything from them. They were supposed to ship my item within a week...then they started lying about dates...and after 3 months of constant calling and trying to figure out where my toilet is I decided to cancel the order. Its been a month and they still havent refunded me, though each time I called they said Ill get my money back within 24-48 hrs. Will have to deal with visa for refund."
"My experience doing business with eFaucets was very good in spite of the fact that my order arrived in damaged and unusable condition. I promptly notified customer service and eFaucets promptly shipped a replacement, no questions asked at no extra charge. The second shipment arrived in good condition. I think the problem was insufficient packing for a fragile item. Customer service personnel were very pleasant to work with on the telephone."
"Three months after payment to receive a complete order is ridiculous, and only received because of repeated contacts. When inquiring months later, customer service rudely answered that they had already replied. I contacted the complaints department and never received a reply."
"Terrible, horrible, disappointing. Wish I had better words to express how bad the service is at EFaucets. Please save yourself time and money and buy elsewhere."Why?" My order was supposed to ship in '3-7 business days.' 21 days later I had to call them to get a tracking number (oops! They forgot). Then they shipped my long-awaited kitchen sink to the wrong address and at no point did anyone ever apologize for losing my $600 sink and leaving me without a functional kitchen. Later the sink was put on back-order, again no apologies . . . they even refused to do a price adjustment of $90 while I waited an extra 35 days for my sink. Needless to say, I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN."
"I get a huge " I don't care " and " $#!% happens " attitude from your customer service reps. If you cannot offer quality controlled shipping, why have an online store? If you have a customer who is especiallyinconvenienced by a shipping mixup or issue, dont give them run around answers. be specific about shipping dates, and when there is further issue, give them reason to still come back.. even if its a coupon, and an apology. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE QUALITY OF YOU CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Dont give vague answers and blame it on " the factory" or say "We are just a call center" or "shipping dates can change at any time for any reason" HAVE ACCOUNTABILITY ! because I can guarantee after I am done informing other future customers all over the web of my unsatisfactory experience with you, others will have the same stories, and at the end of the day, the simple " I am so sorry, let me give you $50.00 off your next order of $2000.00 or more, we really want your business and I'll do everything I can to retain it" Will end up costing you more than a few words and a few dollars profit.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MIDDLE MAN COMPANY. "I placed an order over 3 months ago and all my items were shipped on time and not damaged. That was the good of the story. I requested to return some items that I found out I did not need from my plumber so I requested a Return Authorization from http://eFaucets.com. I got the Return authorization and I packaged up the items per the instructions for the return and I sent it back Via: UPS. It will be 2 months so far without receiving my credit back on my credit card. I have send numerous emails and have called many times, and the response is always the same. We will forward your information to our accounting department. Its unbelievable that a company will take over 2 months to process a credit back to you. So be aware if you are returning items you will be waiting 2 months plus to see your credit. And by the way I still have not received my credit back yet to date. "
"STAY AWAY! THIS COMPANY IS ONE BIG SCAM!These people give new meaning to the word "punk". Their service truly is horrible. They don't tell you on their site that the parts you're ordering may not actually be in stock, and may take 3-4 weeks for actual delivery. If you're just trying to re-install your kitchen faucet (or worse, if you're a contractor trying to complete a job), this is important information to know before placing your order.So, you send them an email asking to cancel the order, and they direct you to an 800-number. If you're too busy to call the number, too bad. If you insist they cancel the order via email, too bad also. Threaten to reverse the charges and refuse shipment, and they threaten you with a 35% refusal fee.Then you call the 800 number, and they say that because the order is already in route to their warehouse, they are unable to cancel the order (their own order!).Tell them you'll refuse delivery because based on their estimate of 3-4 weeks delivery time, you've already ordered the parts elsewehere, and they tell you you'll be hit with a 35% refusal fee."
"Extremely disappointing. I will let everyone know that there are no exceptions to the 30-day return policy. So much for ordering ahead of your building project as when it's time to put your faucet in place and it doesn't work then you are on your own. Hello eBay to sell a faucet! "This is perhaps the worst internet company I have ever ordered from! My advise is DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM.Their policies are wrong, they are arrogant, overpriced and if you have a return extreemly UNACCOMODATING.They sent me the wrong product and gave me a difficult time for the return. I ordered a toilet seat on Sunday night and tried to cancell the order on Monday morning first thing and I was told the order already shipped and could not be cancelled. Yhis was totally untrue, My intension was to cancell the seat and order a new toilet. However after speaking with them about the cancellation and the return i decided I did not want anything more to do with this company.They need to take a lession from Stew Leonards, a very successful retail chain who says: Rule #1, the customer is always right. Rule #2, if the customer is wrong, refer to rule #1. They have no idea of customer.Do yourself a favor STAY AWAY FROM THEM."

"DO NOT BUY FROM EFAUCETS! I bought a faucet plus the drain and valve. About an hour later I realized that I had made a big mistake with my order. I called AS SOON AS I KNEW and THEY WOULD NOT LET ME CANCEL THE ORDER, EVEN THOUGH I CALLED WITHIN TWO HOURS! They said that the order was ALREADY PROCESSED, which was BS. It took 10 business days for the stuff to arrive, and by then I learned that if I returned the items there would be a 15-20+% restocking fee, and if I refused the delivery, another 20% PENALTY on top of that!!! There is no way that they had finished my order within an hour. THESE GUYS ARE THE WORST! DO NOT USE EFAUCETS!"
"Don't waste your time or money with these idiots. Absolutely some of the worst service I've ever experienced. If I had read the reviews before ordering I would not have ordered from them. I ordered a 2 piece pedestal sink from HD...the base was not delivered, dealing with HD service was great however they said it was backordered so I bought the same sink at efaucets. I should've just waited for HD to get it. Right after I ordered the missing pedestal showed up at my door. I called efaucets right away and they wanted to charge me a 15% fee. They hadn't even pulled anything off a shelf yet. Then they said it would arrive by Wednesday. ..today is Friday and not here yet, in fact according to UPS it was just shipped on Wednesday. So I couldn't cancel b/c they ship so fast (that's what they told me) but my order isn't even shipped until the day I'm supposed to receive it. STAY AWAY FROM EFAUCETS.COM"
