"I'm a general and plumbing contractor and my company does a fair amount of remodeling in the Lake Tahoe area. I have purchased plumbing fixtures from several companies and If you really care about reviews, pay close attention here. DO NOT BUY FROM eFaucets.com or eimprovement.com.These companies flat out lie about what's in stock just so you'll place your order. And I guarantee you will wait WEEKS IF NOT MONTHS before you receive your order!I decided to cancel my order BEFORE it was even shipped and I was informed that I would have to pay a penalty fee of $164.00! And to date, as I write this review I still haven't received a credit back to my credit card. I was told 10-20 days!I really don't understand how this company stays in business. There are so many better online suppliers! I repeat...DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM eFaucets. You'll regret it. "

"What a horrible experience I have had with eFaucets. We are remodeling our master bathroom, and spent over $7,000 at eFaucets. Three times I had to try to send parts back because the wrong part was ordered initially-at the recommendation of the eFaucet representative. The third piece-a tub faucet-they would not take back after I failed inspection with the town, saying it was already installed. They never offered me options on these fixtures when I asked them what I needed to order with the tub/sinks/etc. that I wanted. I am still waiting for credits over a month now and in addition am stuck with a $520 faucet they will not take back."

"DO NOT order from this company!! They absolutely do not stand behind the products that they sell. They will do anything to make a sale, but if you have a return or damaged item you will not get any results. I ordered a $1900.00 Kohler K-1122-HL-96 whirlpool bathtub from them for one of my clients. First of all, I am the office manager in charge of ordering for my business, we are a custom kitchen and bath cabinet manufacturer and remodeler, so I know how customer service and freight and delivery is SUPPOSED to work. The Kohler tub arrived to our place of business on 11-19-13 at 1:40 pm. We inspected the box that it came in, which was perfect, and signed off to the freight driver. This is standard procedure for all of our deliveries. We then loaded the tub into our van and delivered it straight to our customers home, and opened the box- in front of our worker, one of our subcontractors, and the homeowner to discover the tub was busted in the left rear corner, and also had hairline cracks all along the front of the tub. Our worker immediately called into our office, and in turn I called e-faucets. I was then told that because WE did not open the box in front of the freight driver when he delivered the tub that they would not take liability. PERIOD!! They said they would open a "freight investigation" to basically try to blame the damaged tub on the freight company. In the meantime my customer is without a tub, and we are out $1900.00!! The biggest joke is that Jennifer in customer service told me that when e-faucets receives Kohler tubs the boxes are FULLY OPENED and the tubs are inspected to insure the tubs are not damaged, and then the tubs are FULLY RE-OPENED a second time and inspected before the freight company loads them on their truck. And, then we are expected to open it when we receive it also? So, once Kohler manufactured that tub it is opened 3 times before a customer receives it? We have been in this business for 25+ years and we have never delivered an open tub, toilet, faucet, etc to one of our customers!!! Jennifer also REFUSED to let me speak to anyone in the warehouse at e-faucets, or her supervisor. This company is a scam and lies!! STAY AWAY!!! My company is a reputable company and I will make sure to tell ALL of my customers what kind of company e-faucets really is!!"
