"Ordered a replacement filter on April 20th. Got a confirm, saw my card was charged, then heard nothing for a month. Sent an inquiry on May 15th and was told it was being drop shipped from manufacturer with a 4 - 5 week lead time.
I should not have to wait 10 weeks for a part that is available immediately at other places. Not happy that my credit card was charged before shipment. Had I seen the other reviews on this site I would never have shopped there. Do not recommend. "
"BE SURE TO READ THE FINE PRINT. I JUST PURCHASED A GROHE FAUCET. WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF RECEIVING THE FAUCET I DETERMINED THAT IT WOULD NOT WORK FOR ME. WHEN I CALLED FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION THEY ADVISED THAT I WAS SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE...NOTHING THEY COULD DO ABOUT IT. MADE NO EFFORT TO APPEASE ME. GUESS THAT IS WHY THEY DON'T HAVE A BBB RATING. I BOUGHT FROM THEM BECAUSE THEY COULD DELIVER QUICKLY. "on 3/16/2012 and 4/08/2012, I made purchases of large items for a home remodeling project in my home. One cabinet arrived in a heavily damaged box. The damage to this item was immediately obvious and a claim entered. Now that the Construction workers are unpacking other items(requiring 3 men to remove) and we found another defective cabinet. Now I'm being told by the Efaucets rep, that by signing for the deliver, I have no guarantees and should not have signed for the items until everything was inspected. I was and remain amazed that they gave me this kind of response. I am a senior citizen and am unable to remove all these very heavy items from their containers and examine them without some kind of help. My kitchen is next and I will look closely at the company I purchase items of this size from. I'm very disappointed Efaucets"

"I desperately needed some repair parts for my Delta shower last Friday. It was leaking in the wall. After checking everywhere locally with no luck, efaucets.com was the ONLY place I could find what I needed in stock. However, the sales person could not email me a picture of the part so I could verify it was correct. There was no picture on the website, so I had to take it on faith that it was correct, just by the part number I had. Also, even if the part was wrong, there was a NO RETURNS on parts policy.
I wanted it shipped Next Day Air with Saturday delivery and was willing to pay the approx $35 charge. I was that desperate! They told me Saturday delivery was not available in my area. I don't live in the middle of nowhere! They had no delivery options for me to choose from, it was UPS or nothing. Anyway, I had to wait to get my parts until yesterday and fortunately was able to patch together a temporary fix so we could shower over the weekend. It is now back together and working fine, but this company needs to work on its customer service. I'll give them 3 stars overall because they shipped what I needed on time and it was correct when it arrived. The only way I would order from them again is if I was in a jam and they were the only option. I won't go out of my way to spend money with them.
Oh, by the way, the order # I entered is fake. Call me paranoid, but I'm a fan of internet privacy."
"Ridiculous 15% restocking fee and poor customer service! I should have stayed away from this no good company and stuck with a tried and true box store like Home Depot, where i would get a 100% refund on my return. I didnt even open any of the packaging and had to pay for return shipping AND 15% restocking fee - 30 bucks later - what a waste! They claim ‘customer satisfaction guaranteed’ – definitely not true!! Agent that I did speak with basically told me that the Supervisor was too busy to talk to me.. Never again – Stay away from this company!"

"Ordered a faucet. Was impressed by both the look and the price. The faucet arrived as scheduled, however, the aerator head to the faucet was missing. I contacted efaucets customer service and was told to take a picture of the faucet with the missing piece and send it to them via email. I had a difficult time, seeing that I am not electronically saavy, but managed to send the picture anyhow. I was told a replacement part is on the way. I pray that none of the other reviews ring true and I get the part to my faucet on time in order to complete my home improvement project. It sucks when customer service is bad."
