"I get a huge " I don't care " and " $#!% happens " attitude from your customer service reps. If you cannot offer quality controlled shipping, why have an online store? If you have a customer who is especially inconvenienced by a shipping mixup or issue, dont give them run around answers. be specific about shipping dates, and when there is further issue, give them reason to still come back.. even if its a coupon, and an apology. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE QUALITY OF YOU CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Dont give vague answers and blame it on " the factory" or say "We are just a call center" or "shipping dates can change at any time for any reason" HAVE ACCOUNTABILITY ! because I can guarantee after I am done informing other future customers all over the web of my unsatisfactory experience with you, others will have the same stories, and at the end of the day, the simple " I am so sorry, let me give you $50.00 off your next order of $2000.00 or more, we really want your business and I'll do everything I can to retain it" Will end up costing you more than a few words and a few dollars profit. I am a contractor, I made a large purchase, the order dates keep changing and changing, over a month out when items are supposedly in stock or 2 weeks out. No one will give me a supervisor, one employee simply refused any help and was very rude or any kind of quality assurance. mike: I have two items on order number # 906651 that are over a month out. I ordered them here, on the chat, and was not told of any availability issues at the time.
mike: I keep getting told every week " they are on the truck we cant do anything, they are already shipped"
mike: I am not provided any confirmation or tracking, and then the story gets changed today to "they are on a truck on their way to us"

"I placed an order over 3 months ago and all my items were shipped on time and not damaged. That was the good of the story. I requested to return some items that I found out I did not need from my plumber so I requested a Return Authorization from http://eFaucets.com. I got the Return authorization and I packaged up the items per the instructions for the return and I sent it back Via: UPS. It will be 2 months so far without receiving my credit back on my credit card. I have send numerous emails and have called many times, and the response is always the same. We will forward your information to our accounting department. Its unbelievable that a company will take over 2 months to process a credit back to you. So be aware if you are returning items you will be waiting 2 months plus to see your credit. And by the way I still have not received my credit back yet to date. "

These people give new meaning to the word "punk". Their service truly is horrible. They don't tell you on their site that the parts you're ordering may not actually be in stock, and may take 3-4 weeks for actual delivery. If you're just trying to re-install your kitchen faucet (or worse, if you're a contractor trying to complete a job), this is important information to know before placing your order.
So, you send them an email asking to cancel the order, and they direct you to an 800-number. If you're too busy to call the number, too bad. If you insist they cancel the order via email, too bad also. Threaten to reverse the charges and refuse shipment, and they threaten you with a 35% refusal fee.
Then you call the 800 number, and they say that because the order is already in route to their warehouse, they are unable to cancel the order (their own order!).
Tell them you'll refuse delivery because based on their estimate of 3-4 weeks delivery time, you've already ordered the parts elsewehere, and they tell you you'll be hit with a 35% refusal fee."
"Extremely disappointing. I will let everyone know that there are no exceptions to the 30-day return policy. So much for ordering ahead of your building project as when it's time to put your faucet in place and it doesn't work then you are on your own. Hello eBay to sell a faucet! I spent an hour on their annoying "chat line" to discover this. Thumbs down to eFaucets! "

"This is perhaps the worst internet company I have ever ordered from! My advise is DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM.
Their policies are wrong, they are arrogant, overpriced and if you have a return extreemly UNACCOMODATING.
They sent me the wrong product and gave me a difficult time for the return.
I ordered a toilet seat on Sunday night and tried to cancell the order on Monday morning first thing and I was told the order already shipped and could not be cancelled.
Yhis was totally untrue,
My intension was to cancell the seat and order a new toilet. However after speaking with them about the cancellation and the return i decided I did not want anything more to do with this company.
They need to take a lession from Stew Leonards, a very successful retail chain who says: Rule #1, the customer is always right. Rule #2, if the customer is wrong, refer to rule #1.
They have no idea of customer.
Do yourself a favor STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

"Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. They promise you delivery by a certain date when you call so that you will place the order. When item didn't arrive in time for our kitchen counter installation (ordered an undermount sink), they had huge costs to return the item - never again! Big surprise, my review (that they requested!) didn't get published on their website. Shocking! Horrible company."
"I ordered on the phone, because I wanted confirmation that the item was in stock. They specifically said it was in stock and that I would get it in 7-10 days. 10 days later I called and they said it was not in stock and would take a month. This isn't poor management, it's intentionally misleading. When I cancelled the order, they want to charge me a fee, even though they have not yet shipped it.
These people are unethical, and cannot be trusted. They will charge you even if the fault is theirs. Do not do business with them!"
"UNETHICAL COMPANY... I wouldn't recommend them to anyone due to poor business practices and bad customer service. Their "faucet specialist" gave me incorrect part numbers so my order was wrong. They then made me pay for the return shipping of the incorrect parts, even though it was their mistake. They charge your credit card IMMEDIATELY upon placing an order which is fine, but take 30-days to post a credit after they receive the returned goods ordered as a result of THEIR mistake. My money is NOT a loan for them to use interest-free for 30-days or more. Never again..."

"I had hestition on placing an order with this company, but after speaking with Savannah in Sales, I decided that they have way more positive feedback out there than negative and they sure were helpful on the phone. I purchased Kohler products for my home and have been very satisfied."
"Ordered the valve for a shower, not realizing it was in the actual shower head box. Called the company immediately after ordering, no less than 15 minutes, remained on hold for over an hour. Was told they could not cancel as they were closed for cancellations. i calmly explained that i followed online instructions and should not be faulted for living on west coast. On the 20th, received email stating my monies would be returned (as they were already out of my account) no later than 10 business days. i am now told it will be an additional 7 days before my account is credited. These guys are crooks. Do not do business with them. As for me, if i do not have my money in 7 business days, i will report them to the BBB."

"I thought I had found a great site with great prices but that's all it is. After that there is nothing but the worst customer service. Bought an item for my kitchen prior to the actual completion of the remodel and didn't like the look after it was finished. The one and only time I had the opportunity to talk to a live person I had been given an RMA#. I sent the item back in early March but to this date have not received my refund. I have attempted several phone calls but can't wait the outrageous time for someone to answer. I even had the direct line to a customer service person but never got a return call after leaving a message. I also sent emails through the site and directly but got no responses. "Certainly not the most reputable company to deal with. Ordered 3, Delta items, all showed as in stock. 2 of the items arrived within 5 days of placing the order. Of these 2 items 1 was missing a part (looked like it had been repackaged). The 3rd item is on a 4 – 5 week backorder; even though it showed as in stock and EFaucets already billed my credit card. Contacted Efaucets and was told I would need to pay a restocking charge if I wanted to cancel the backorder? And would need to return the item that was missing parts at my expense. I contacted Delta who shipped me the missing part at no charge. EFaucets should take customer services lessons from Delta. THANK YOU DELTA. In addition to backorder issues and poor customer services, EFaucets added a charge called “Buyer Protection” to my bill without my consent or knowledge. Another 2 days wasted to have this charge removed / credited and only after informing EFaucets I would report this charge as fraud to my Credit Card Company, Better Business and Attorney General, did I receive a credit. Backorder was received 4 weeks after original order. "

"My order of a Kohler toilet seat came the next day; however, it had a manufacturer's defect in the mold-making process so that there was a jagged protuberance on the edge of the lid. The replacement also arrived promptly; but this time in addition to the defect, a piece of the hinge was chipped off. I was asked for photos and descriptions of the problem--which I submitted. To date, there has been no response to any of my e-mails. I requested a return authorization so that I could send back their defective product, but no response to that either; nor has there been any offer to refund my money. I have purchased previously from this seller with no problems, but after this experience I do not recommend buying from this seller at all.
