" Good service is hard to come by these days and Raymond K. Shadman of eDigitalDeals lived up to this with assisting me in resolving a number of concerns.
Living in Australia I have come across a few problems importing goods from overseas, however R. Shadman worked tirelessly with me and was able to overcome these obstacles to my advantage.
He has been extremely helpful and efficient. His communications via eMail have been outstanding.
Words do not express my gratitude to him for the effort he put in to help with my overseas transaction.
I will certainly, without question, deal with his company again.

" The new video hardware compress card is great, but the number one reason why we purchase product from Edigitaldeals is not only because of their great product, it's their outstanding customer service and great tech support that make them shine. "I have dealt with the guys at edigital deals many times over the last three years. They always give me good advice, reliable products, and the one time we had an issue, they resolved it very quickly, to my complete satisfaction.
