These guys are great! I bought a PC case, motherboard, and a CPU from them and everything came to me on time and well packaged. You will see me again during holiday season.
I needed a replacement motherboard for a PC. I ordered one from eDiGiByte.com and they quickly contacted me to tell me it was no longer available. They offered a BETTER board for the same price. I accepted and I am very pleased! Customer service is TERRIFIC!! I am eternally grateful.
Delivery was on time. Product came as advertised. However, a lower shipping estimate was given during initial placement of order. Received a call later that day with higher shipping cost.
I still maintain that shipping of $14.00 for a $60 order, even at 16 lbs, is excessive. Take the example of zipzoomfly who ship 2nd day Fedex free. It may be true that the seller doesn't make a profit on shipping and cannot control rates from a particular shipper but he has control over which shipper to use based on their rates, he should try: GHL, FEDEX, etc... who have lower shipping costs than UPS

All shipping charges are based on actual shipping carrier’s current rate. We offer the best price available on our products and make no profit on shipping.
