"Very good experience. I ordered a Canon Powershot G2 on Thursday via their website at around 4:00 PM. I selected next day delivery. Received order confirmation via e-mail within the hour. I was able to track the order progress as well as shipment and tracking info from the website. Received the camera on Friday at 9:30 AM from FedEx. Brand new, US model w/warranty and all accesories. Less than 24 hrs from begining to end. Completely done online. No phone calls for order verification or accesories. That's the way it's supposed to work!"

" eCost had the Nikon D70 earlier than almost everybody else. The price in the Bargain Countdown was the best I had seen. I paid for overnight shipping, and the camera arrived the next morning. The only complaint I have is the "Handling Fee" of $12.95, which on my receipt is just bundled in with the price of the camera. I would prefer that they just raise the price of the camera by $13 - I wouldn't feel that they were trying to get away with something then, and the price of the camera still would have been better than anyone elses.
I would also suggest that eCost state the type of warranty that comes with the item - my camera came with a Nikon USA warranty - why not say so on the website? To just state that the item has a "one year warranty" makes it seem like maybe its an import.
Overall I have more than satisfied. This is my second expensive (over $500) purchase from eCost and I will have no hesitation buying from them again in the future."

"The price was competitive on this Visiontek Geforce4 Ti 4400 card, shipping was same day. The $9.95 handling fee is high, considering this is an internet company and they should expect to ship and handle, right? Overall, good experience and I will shop them again."

"I ordered a refurbished HP Pavilion XT938 and an additional memory dimm and received both a week later UPS Ground. Everything was in good shape and is running great. I was charged the surcharge, but even with it, the price was lower than elsewhere. I'm pleased and will consider eCost again. Tracking of the shipment didn't work. I had to contect their customer support to get help and she was able to track my shipment for me via UPS."

"Ordered 3 items, a 10 pack of JVC MDC. VL-3 video light, and 128MB SD card. The video light got removed from my invoice after checkout. Contacted customer support by email. Got an answer within 10 minutes. Said I should just do another order and to cancel the original one. Great support over phone and email. I called and the person was very nice. Easy to order, and cheap prices for most products. Will buy again."

"I bought some earbuds at 5PM central time and they said that next day shipping would apply if the order was placed by 4pm central. well, i ordered on a tuesday and expected them to come by thursday. wed morning rolls around and i hear a doorbell waking me up. I run down stairs and sure enough, it was the fedex guy dropping off my package at ~9AM. wow.

my only spite was the handling fee on top of the shipping. most online places dont do that (or atleast tack it into the price of the good so u dont see it), but that is the only thing. well, that and they were gonna charge me $8.50 for ground shipping on a set of earbuds. the packaging weighed more than the earbuds. :("
