I've waited two weeks to have my adapter replaced by a new one, with two failed and dysfunctional adapters sent to me in one week from amazon. So again, super excited that eBuyBatteries sent one to me that's actually functional, especially since I'm in a computer heavy field and the type of adapter I need isn't sold in any of the stores I've visited.<br>The only down side is that 1: FedEx is horrible. And 2: the cord attached to the adapter was wound so tightly that it can affect the charging of the laptop until placed in a certain way. I desperately needed my laptop for work and to prep for the interview, so this was the absolute worst possible moment for it to break. I checked stores at airports and made some calls to Best Buys and such: no luck, nobody sold this charger and none of the universal ones worked.<br><br>Samsung (only seller of this charger on Amazon right now) couldn\u0027t get it to me in less than 5-7 DAYS. I don\u0027t really like to buy from sites I\u0027ve never heard of (Amazon usually sells anything I want), but I needed this battery, and I needed it very, very soon. Ebuybatteries stepped up, and got my charger to me by 9am the next morning!!! Saved my life, or, at least my career haha. <br><br>The charger is not the same super thin one from Samsung unfortunately, but I can live with that I guess, I\u0027m just thrilled to have my laptop up and working again. " I bought canon camera extended life batteries and they would not charge. Emails to the company got no respond until I threatened to send negative reviews, then I got a return authorization. I have since returned the batteries but 3 months have gone by and I have no refund or replacement.
Update: The company contacted me immediately upon my posting this review. They did refund my money under ETCH products.
I did not recognize the name and they did not email a confirmation. So I have been stewing for nothing. "
