"Because of my not wanting to operate my laptop without the battery in place (to avoid potential power-line transient damage) they generously consented to send the exchange battery first, and then trusted me to have my friend mail back the depleted unit when he returned to the States. As I have only the laptop, it gave me great peace of mind to know it wouldn't be accidentally damaged during the exchange period.

The refilled battery works extremely well and will add years of useful service to my Panasonic Toughbook. "

"I bought a used Laptop off of eBay, the battery was pretty much dead - gave me maybe 15 minutes when off of AC. BatterRefill.com had very clear instructions on how to identify the right battery, and made ordering very easy - they sent me a label to ship in my old batter as a PDF file I could print right on my printer.

The Battery works extremely well, I've had it for over 6 months now - never a problem, and it *still* gives me more time that the original specification for the battery of this laptop (IBM Thinkpad T20).

The battery was shipped well within their estimated time, the price was better than from any other company that looked reputable, I am fully convinced that I could not have gotten better service from anyone else. I'm extremely satisfied, they delivered exactly what they said they would - a battery better than the original.

I will definitely buy from them again."

"I am very pleased with the battery and the service from BatteryRefill.com. My son-in-law told me about them. I ordered a battery for my Gateway laptop and was immediately sent (via email) a pre-paid postage label to be used for sending my old battery to them, along with clear instructions for mailing it. I received confirmation when they received my old battery, and my replacement battery was here within a week. I now have twice the battery life per charge that I had before--and the freedom of a battery again!

I am so pleased with this company, their product, and their correspondence with me. I will definitely buy from them again and have recommended them to family and friends."

"I ordered a refurbished battery becuase of the low price BatteryRefill advertised on the web. I recieved it in a timely manner and appreciated being able to do a core exchange with my bad one in their return package for free. The battery works great!!! It has litterally 3 times the life of my original when it was new. Following their instructions to maximize battery performance gave me almost 7 hours of battery life! the only thing I noticed was that the the seam was a bit ugly with glue where they reassembled it; but it doesn't show when the battery is installed. I will definitely do business with them again. Thanks, BatteryRefill"

" I was generally very satisfied with my battery. I have an HP Pavilion N5475. I normally get between 3 to 3 1/2 hours runtime with a brand new battery (this is my 3rd battery for this notebook). My refilled battery gets about the same. I didn't really notice any longer runtime. It did take around a month for them to get my battery back to me, but I felt the savings in the price offset the wait.

I will say this, it took my notebook about 5-6 days of charging and run-down (several times each day, too) before the reported run time was correct. They mention this in the docs you get. If you decide to try them out, keep this in mind. I'm sure there are a number of people who don't follow the directions and are disappointed. I still will run my PC right down to 0% power before finally shutting it off. My battery has been running fantastic and I consistantly have 3 hours of run time, so I feel like they really lived up to their promise."

"I purchased or had a battery for my Gateway SOLO 2150 refilled. I recieved it back yesterday March 19, 2006. I followed all the directions as far as conditioning the battery and I am extremely surprised and happy at the results. I let the computer sit running and 8 hours later it started beeping showing there was 2% power left in the battery. I was sceptical to say the least after reading some of the reviews prior to purchase. I am 100% happy so far and would not hesitate to order again. "

"I received my Mac G4 battery today and it works surprisingly good. It is better than I expected. It took a little over two weeks to get it back and I am happy with the service so far. They have such bad feedbacks here. I've nerver called them after I place an order so I don't know if they are answering phone calls or not, but it worked out just fine for my battery."

"This is positive feedback for Battery Refill.

Battery refill ordered 5.4.06 and confirmation and mailing label received promptly.

I packaged and sent the battery for my Sharp RD-10 on 5.5.06. I searched the entire internet and this is the only place I was able to find.

5.10.06 Battery received by company notification.

5.17.06 Battery shipped by company notification. 7 day turnaround is faster then I expected, especially after reading some of the comments on this website.

5.19.06 Battery received in the mail. I deep cycled it six times.

I am happy to report that it works perfectly, and does indeed have about 20% more capacity then it did when I first purchased the laptop.

I will recommend this company to my friends."
