"I ordered the Lowepro D-Res 8S camera case from eBags on Sunday and chose UPS ground shipping. To my surprise, it came two days later on Tuesday. The case was in mint condition and was exactly as advertised on their website. Great prices, good discounts, large selection and excellent service. I'd definitely order from them again."

"Ordered laptop case on the 24th of April, they estimated it would be delivered on the 1st of May. I received the case on the 27th of April. Good price, decent quality. I recommend!"

"I placed my order for a backpack on Sunday night; it shipped the next day and arrived 3 days later. ebags.com had the best price and free shipping - can't beat that. This is my first order with them and I was pleased with the fast shipping."

"Could not be more pleased. I checked prices on the backpack I wanted at a dozen sites and none were cheaper than ebags -- several were 30-50% higher. I got free shipping and the bag arrived a day earlier than promised. "

"My first couple of dealings with eBags were fairly
positive, but the most recent was an example of excellent
Service. I purchased a business case I'd been looking at
for awhile when it went on sale at a good price.

Ordered on Jan 17, confirmation for a Jan 27 delivery,,
it arrived early on the 23rd!

Everything looked OK with the bag (a US Luggage #941,,
nice roomy laptop bag), but only later I noticed the
shoulder strap was missing. And still later did I
contact eBags through their website on Jan 28 re:
the missing strap. Received an auto answer email within
12 hours,,received a personal email from them 3 Hours!!
after that explaining their line of action.

The next communication from them was 48 hrs later to
announce the shipment of the missing strap, and it
arrived on Feb 4.

They could easily have dropped the ball here, but instead
took care of a glitch in an effective and courteous manner."

"Good price when I bought a backpack from there site. I got 10% off so it was good deal. But even after the 10%, I still think I overpaid for backpack when I got it. The delivery was right on schedule. It wasn't early or late. "

"Originally ordered a 14.1" laptop so I bought a small Roadwired Skooba Sleeve from ebags.com, however instead I bought a 15.4" and it would not fit in the smaller sleeve. I got a return slip from ebags, sent the sleeve in, and was promptly emailed a gift certificate of the cost. I replaced the skooba with a 15.4" sumdex impact guard sleeve and received it in about 4 days with free shipping. I must say ebags.com handled everything smoothly and I am very satisfied with my new sleeve. Will definitely shop again!"

"Wow, is all I can say. I had a coupon for $10 off anything, and needed a shoulder strap for a messenger bag, so I figured I'd try eBags out for just the cost of shipping. Well, I got my free shoulder strap, paid five bucks shipping, and figured I'd have to sit back and wait until it came in. Not the case at all! It was here within just a few days, and was packaged very nicely. I couldn't have asked for better. Needless to say, I'll probably go with them for anymore baggage needs, since my experience was great and hassle-free, coupon or not! A wonderful experience..."
