They helped me choose the best phone for me, a Polycom 650, and it was at my door two days later. <br><br>But the most important part of this purchase came when I needed help with some intricate phone settings. Polycom doesn\u0027t support end users; they refer you to your phone vendor. I thought I was out of luck, because I bought the phone at a steep discount. I called e4 and asked for help. They spent almost an hour on the phone with me, patiently and expertly instructing me how to solve the problem I was having. This combination of price and service is very rare. "As a complete voip noob, I was overall pleased with my purchase of a tdm411e from www.8774e4voip.com -- a well-informed live chat agent responded immediately and answered my questions; i found a typing mistake on their web page (they had tdm411p instead of tdm411e) and in appreciation of having pointing it out, they gave me a discount code! I saved over going straight to Digium, but I still got the digium warranty, plus 30 days of asterisk support.
