"We've bought several polycom phones and headsets for employees in our office. This is in edition to the VOIP system. The sound quality is crystal clear. The customer service provided by .e4 is superior to all others. You honestly couldn't ask for a better quality vendor or higher quality on the products sold. These phones and the VOIP system can do everything from individual ring tones to searching google for the person when they call.
