I am fairly new to the land of VOIP and the gentlemen i spoke to at .e4 (Mike and Jason) both were EXTREMELY helpful and always available for even some of the most trivial support issues. Prompt shipment and low prices... it doesn't get any better than this. I mistakenly selected free shipping for my order (I'm ineligible as I live in Canada) and they shipped it free anyway!

This is not only my new go-to vendor for anything VOIP or phone-related, it's one of the best vendors I've had the pleasure of using in my 15 years on Internet. I'm tech-oriented, but I have little VOIP experience. I went to the 8774e4voip.com website because they had the lowest price on the VOIP phones I was interested in. They helped me choose the best phone for me, a Polycom 650, and it was at my door two days later.  
 
But the most important part of this purchase came when I needed help with some intricate phone settings. Polycom doesn't support end users; they refer you to your phone vendor. I thought I was out of luck, because I bought the phone at a steep discount. I called e4 and asked for help. They spent almost an hour on the phone with me, patiently and expertly instructing me how to solve the problem I was having. This combination of price and service is very rare. If you need phone or network equipment, this is your place!

Great company to do business with and I highly recommend .e4 Technologies for any of your voice or data needs. We are a new startup company and new to Swithvox (Asterisk) but they came highly recommended from an investor so all we needed was to find a good reseller. After speaking with 2 local area resellers for weeks we began to look elsewhere. We happened to find .e4 on the web and the deal was made with them almost instantly. They were great in answering all of our pre-sales questions and once we made the purchase they were key to getting our new phone system up and running while we were moving into a new location. Their post sales support has been exceptional and not sure where our phone system would be right now without them. Can't say enough good things about this company and how they do business. You will not regret working with them.

I purchased a Polycom Productivity software license after getting a great deal on a new phone. I found e4 to be absolutely top notch. They have a good e-commerce site which makes it clear what is happening at any given time. Excellent and personal service, no problems contacting them.  
 
There are many retail VoIP sites on the web. I've been burned a couple of times and mildly dissatisfied at others.  
 
My experience with e4 will definitely make me return when I next need to price anything and I'll very likely buy it there.

I've been buying pretty much 100% of our VoIP hardware through .e4strategies (and digiumcards.com) since I first found them online. I've had experience with many other big online VoIP stores, but I found that none of them had the real 'from the trenches' product knowledge to help refine my decisions, neither the technical knowledge to help me make informed decisions, not to mention the post-sales support getting things up and working. I don't think there is another online VoIP store that provides a better value proposition than these guys. Great prices and great service. What else is there?

Site is easy to use, the prices are some of the lowest I have found, and they are quick to get the product out the door. The live customer support is excellent. At first I was under the impression from reading on the site that they were completely inflexible. This is not the case I was able to talk to a very knowledgeable live customer support person about what I had ordered and what my concerns were and they were more than happy to help me out. I highly recommend getting your VoIP equipment here.

As a complete voip noob, I was overall pleased with my purchase of a tdm411e from www.8774e4voip.com -- a well-informed live chat agent responded immediately and answered my questions; i found a typing mistake on their web page (they had tdm411p instead of tdm411e) and in appreciation of having pointing it out, they gave me a discount code! I saved over going straight to Digium, but I still got the digium warranty, plus 30 days of asterisk support.
