There is no way now that I would ever order from them again---I hope someone can learn from my experience. Don't order from discountyarnsale.com or luvtocraft.com!Similar to others below (wish I saw that first!), I placed an order only to receive a note that I wouldn't receive the yarn for 3 months! Then, I emailed them repeatedly to cancel the order, but did not get a single reply... of course there is no way to contact anyone by phone. I filed a complaint with my bank and they ultimately refunded me the money, which was great, but it was an extremely frustrating experience. First time I've actually been ripped off online.There should be a way to give a seller NO stars."
"I wish I could give 0 stars. I placed an order for a cone of sock yarn on 8/9/12. Shortly after, I received an automated email stating that my yarn would ship within the time frame stated on the product page (2-3 weeks). After 4 weeks, I had not received any further contact from DiscountYarnSale.com and my order status was still "processing". I attempted to contact them numerous times via their website's contact form and received no response. Unfortunately, they do not list a phone number on their website and I was unable to find contact information for the actual company through a WHOIS lookup. After 5.5 weeks without any status updates on my order or a response from the company, I have filed a payment dispute with my credit card company. I will never attempt to purchase from this company again."
"This place is ridiculous. I ordered from them 3 weeks ago. I am yet to receive the order or a confirmation of shipping. I have not received a single reply to any email I have sent. They have a sort-of disclaimer on their site saying they don't give a phone number b/c they are so busy. I guess they are too busy to answer emails, also. I will not use them again."
