"Slow ship out! 4 days since shipped and it still has not left the warehouse! Avoid at all cost if you want it in a timely manner. Claims USPS Priority does not show in transit tracking which is just not true. my order still shows pre-shipment info sent so its not been handed over to USPS yet! "

"I have ordered multiple computers with much success. I can't build them myself for much less with the same parts. Quality parts make them a better buy than some off the self brand names.
They are also easier to fix if needed. Not a problem with any computers as yet. Highly recommend Directron.

"A price search for the computer part I needed found them to be the lowest total price, with the shipping charge, on that part because they had it on sale and no sales tax. They do have a lot of free shipping items but mine was not one of them. Good communication and shipping by USPS first class mail was only 4 days."

"I was a little hesitant to order from directron cause I'd never heard of them before. I ordered a atx mid tower and was told it would take about a week to get it, but it arrived only a few days later. I am extremely satisfied with how directron treated me as a consumer. "Something was weird about payment through Amazon. I selected the first field as the address to ship to and the second one being the payment card and after hitting continue at the bottom of the page I got an error message saying I didn't enter a phone number. So I went back and manually entered a new shipping address and filled in the phone number section (still using Amazon). Even after that I got an error message. I figured to hell with this I will jut do it the good old fashioned way of not using Amazon. Seems like a cool feature but ultimately it's broken on my end. Boo!"
