"COMPLETE SCAM!!! Do not order from this company! I ordered 2 flower girl dresses from them, tea length/well fitted - both came in the mail floor-length, poorly made, and both DIFFERENT fabric! After multiple emails to the company showing them the poorly made dresses, they admitted their mistake but still refuse to give me a refund. They are a complete scam and need to be shut down. Terrible customer service, terrible quality, and a total mess of product. Please DO NOT order anything from them!!!"

"I ordered on the 21st April and got my dress on 16th May, no chasing was required. During the time, you only get 2 emails, one is to confirm your order, another one is to confirm your order is now shipped (my order is in the UK and they used DHL).This is my first time ordering from this website. I was quite nervous about my order as this website got lots of really bad reviews. I have to say I have no problem using this website at all. Both the delivery and quality of the dress were great and I have no complain.One small comment will be the packing of the dress is really bad, my sky blue chiffon dress was only partly wrapped in a transparent plastic sheet. If there was any water split age during the shipment, I am sure that will be the end of my dress.Also, there is no invoice within the package, but I didn't need to pay any import tax, compare to a similar dress I ordered from Light in the Box, which cost me 25% of the original price of the dress for import tax.Ladies hope you will find this helpful. I do recommend this website to others and will order from this website again. But don't expect John Lewis customer service, it is more like buying stuffs from E bay."
