"I ordered a Canon Powershot S50 digital camera from dbuys.com on Tuesday and it arrived by Fedex on Friday. I was very impressed with the prompt arrival of this product. After I placed my order a customer representative called to confirm the order and notified me that accessories were available, but when I informed him that I had found them less expensive elsewhere, there was no hard sell. He thanked me courteously for his order and that was it.
The only criticism that I might add to this company was the phone service when I called to find out what kind of customer warranty was available from the manufacturer. The man I talked to was brusque to the point of rudeness and acted like I was a crank caller. The reason I was asking was that I was trying to make up my mind whether to add an extended warranty to my purchase, which I eventually did.
Other than possibly talking to their customer representatives about their phone persona, I am very pleased with the service that I had."

"Placed my order Sat. night. Got a confirmation call on Sun.(Easter) Individual was very pleasant and offered accessory kit for reduced price. Advised I was not interested at this time. That was fine with him and he upgraded my delivery to 2-day. Received my item on Wed. in good condition.Very plesant experience with the company."

"Very positive experience purchasing a Sony Camcorder. Douglas was a gentleman, very polite, offered me a great deal on next day shipping and an accessory package. No pressure to purchase anything. Received package in about 20 hours from ordering and saved over $300 from purchasing locally. Will recommend and buy from him in the future."

"It is refreshing to know that there truly are some great deals out there on the internet. I think buy now most people are very sceptical about these internet stores that offer "LOW" prices, and turn out to be nothing but out and out scams.
I am a very picky shopper-I always do my homework before I make a purchase of items like electronics ect. After searching the net for quality goods at a "GOOD" price and seeing so many unbelieveable low prices that turn out to be PHONY, it really makes you think that your better off paying the retail price at legitimate neighborhood stores. But for us diehard shoppers who refuse to pay retail prices I am glad that I did not give up before I found "DBUYS.COM"
I recently purchased a Casio digital camera from DBUYS, and I must say that it went very smoothly through the whole process.
Their online store is easy to navigate and they have a large selection of products.
After finding the camera that I wanted (EX-P600)
I thought that the price was to good to be true because it was WAY less than retail stores. I decided to take a chance on this one because of the rating-despite a few bad reviews.
I placed my order late thursday night and by the next morning I recieved an order confimation email.
On saturday I recieved the FED EX tracking info saying that the order shipped at 2PM friday and that they upgraded the shipping to 3day express at no extra charge. I recieved the camera on Tuesday morning and was pleased to see that the box was well packed, and in perfect factory retail packaging.
This store did not require a phone confirmation
like some of the scams- nor did they call me to try and sell more products at outrageous prices. I placed my order- It was shipped- and arrived in just 3 days.
If the majority of stores on the net were like DBUYS the world would be a better place. I will definately shop there again. HIGHLY RECOMENDED FROM A SATTISFIED CUSTOMER!!!"

"I bought a Panasonic DMC FZ15 camera from dbuy.com, I thought it might be a scam due to the extremely low price, but they had good ratings on here so I thought I would give it a shot. When I placed the order, I phoned in to confirm availabilty, the operator was very knowledgable and only asked if I would like to buy an extra battery, I told him no and that was it, the next day an e-mail came to me stating the order number and FedEx tracking number, the shipment was suppose to be here on Friday the 4th and instead came on Thursady the 3rd. The ratings dbuy.com gets are not false and I will definately be placing more orders with them."
