"Do not order from them. I ordered a 1D Mark IV camera because they were $400 cheaper than the next price. After the order online, they called me and tacked on $200 shipping insurance charge but insisted I was still getting free shipping. And their site says "no hidden charges!" I tried to complete the order anyways because the price was still reasonable, but it's been 4 business days and it hasn't shipped yet. The customer service reps, including a supervisor I talked to are like robots- they just keep saying: "it hasn't shipped out yet, and should ship out in a few days." "

"I was very satisfied with my buying experience at iBuyDigital. I was contacted by a salesperson named Kevin who was very helpful and provided great service. I will definitely consider buying from this company and Kevin in the future.
This is my first time ordering with IbuyDigital and I am very happy with the service they have provided so far. they are very prompt on letting you know if there is any delay's on the product's you have ordered and very helpful staff.
