DBUYS.com sell Gray market cameras with NO Canon WARRANTY cards even after specifying with the sales people and their customer service people that you want to buy a USA Canon Camera & USA Canon Warranty.<br>Once you have the camera and realize the scam, they will promise to send warranty cards, to prolong the return time period and then charge re-stocking fees or deny returns with RMA.<br>They have my $3600. I have no Warranty and its not covered by Canon. They have sent me two defective cameras with the promise of USA warranty cards and have not delivered and will not allow returning the product. "Do not order from them. I ordered a 1D Mark IV camera because they were $400 cheaper than the next price. After the order online, they called me and tacked on $200 shipping insurance charge but insisted I was still getting free shipping. And their site says "no hidden charges!" I tried to complete the order anyways because the price was still reasonable, but it's been 4 business days and it hasn't shipped yet. The customer service reps, including a supervisor I talked to are like robots- they just keep saying: "it hasn't shipped out yet, and should ship out in a few days." "
