When I checked my credit card to verify price I was in shock. They charged me WAY more than what I paid for. They claimed it was my problem. Not only is it a week later and still no stuff but I have to deal with my Credit card now to get my money. Please, Delia\u0027s, at least change my email confirmation, before you steal my money. Received a perfect confirmation letter.<br>Only till I received the item did I come to realize I was charged a price \u0022without\u0022 the coupon.<br>I was told that the coupon was invalid, so they add the amount automatically.<br>I told them they should notify me first that they changed the order and they should refund me.<br>They wouldn\u0027t listen and accused me abusing coupon.<br>Come on! Shouldn\u0027t their system identify which coupon is valid?<br>Plus, their price is not very good. "A week later they said my order was ready for shipment. It took another six days before they said they shipped it. Then the tracking number didn't work. Four days alter we called to be told it would take another 2 weeks to receive it. Now that that date has passed and we still do not have it we called and they say they will overnight ship it to us the next business day. I don't trust that it will happen nor will I order from them again. They didn't even offer to refund the shipping of $12.50 either!! We'll be calling back for that request after we finally get the package a month after we ordered. Terrible online store."
