"I received a defect battery. I was told to send it back, would cost me 12 euro. They suggested me to pay 6 euro and send me a new one. I paid. Today I got a letter from the customs that want me to pay 20 euro in tax and handles fee. This is NOT OK. It doesn't matter how low the price is, if it not work... I now hope they will pay me my money back, but what's the odds to that?"

After waiting for nearly a month I checked the order tracking online and saw that my order had been sent to Germany.
I live in Morocco. My original order CLEARLY STATED that my address was Morocco.
I have sent 3 emails to laptop-battery.org.uk, all of which have either been responded to with excuses or ignored. The company's website does not list a telephone number for customer complaints.
I am now going to try and make a formal complaint to the company and will seek to claim a full refund.
This company has extremely poor customer service - I advise all prospective customers to AVOID using this company's services.
