"I had to talk to a service rep. He was knowledgeable, patient and thorough. He walked me through the steps to determine the exact part that I needed. Then helped me select the right part number. The parts arrived promptly and were just what I needed at a reasonable price."

"I would buy from Cabinetparts again in a heartbeat. I had to replace some hinges in my kitchen because the doors stayed open. They have pictures on their site so that you order the right ones. The order was fast, correct and EASY. "

"Cabinetparts.com is one of the best companies I've dealt with on the web.

They respond quickly to orders. They take the time to review orders and contact the customer if something looks wrong. Which is what happened in my case. They called me to notify me that I did not ordered enough brackets for the number of drawer slides that I ordered.

The web site is designed well. Easy to find what you need and good access to product documentation.
Its a pleasure to use this site."

"The online help questionnaire to find my replacement hinges was very simple to use. The parts arrived quickly without any problems. Hinges were very simple to install. If I knew it was this simple, I would have completed my project a long time ago. Overall a great success. "

"I needed to replace an older broken hinge. Local stores suggested I'd need to get all new hardware and drill all new holes. Found CABINETPARTS.COM on-line. After emailing them with what information I had, they called me and walked me through ordering what I needed. Parts arrived in a few days. Easy to install, perfect fit, and much improved hinge. Other companies should learn about service from these guys."
