I ordered brackets for my kitchen cabinets after looking everywhere for them. The service was prompt and the order was accurate. The unfortunate thing is that the brackets didn't fit but this is no fault of the company. I am hopeful that what is need is still available and that a swap can be made so I can complete my project. Somehow, I think we will be able to work things out...they seem like that kind of company.

These were in old cabinets and no local stores could help find replacements. These were excatly the right ones with good assistance finding the new part numbers. Easy and a great price.

Item arrived quickly. Item was not perfect -- small nicks in the white coating of the towel bar. As the towel bar goes inside a cabinet, this isn't an issue for me. Too much hassle to return it!

I needed soft close adapters for my blum hinges but didnt know which ones to order. I emailed customer service and was quickly assisted and advised of the correct item number.
