"Placed an order for speakers (good price. After a few days I sent an email to get a status since it had not shipped. Got a nasty email basck saying that had to order the speakers and that they were "Rare" and wanted to know I would wait 7-10 days for them. I said "fine" as long as it took 10 days. Well, two weeks later and they're not responding to my three emails now and no speakers. I ordered a second pair from another online merchant and it took three days (paid 100.00 more though). These people SUCK and should be stayed away from. Customer service is absolutely horrible. BTW, I would have never ordered from them if they told me they we not in stock. "
"This company is running a scam. They do not have the merchandise they are offering. If you choose to cancel after discovering this fact they charge your credit card a 25% restocking fee for “restocking” an item they never had or owned. My order was not old, odd or used merchandise. It was current and very re-saleable. Price is not everything. These folks clearly explained to me my order could be canceled at anytime prior to shipment of my item since they did not have it in stock. At first I agreed to wait, but after 7 days I chose to cancel my order on account they had not been able to provide a product. Then it was on! Threats of the 25% if I did not fulfill my order, called me a liar, said I never asked the specific question about cancellation and as a customer (you know, the person who pays their pay check) I am to abide by their policies."

"I purchased Klipsch speakers for my home theather system. I purchased a pair of RCW-5 in wall speakers, a pair of RCW-3 in ceiling speakers, a RC-25 center channel, and a RW-12 Subwoofer. The total with shipping came to $1,384. Compare that to Ultimate Electronics which tried to sell me the same speakers for $2,468(although they did offer to knock of $200 if I bought it that day).
The items all shipped within 24 hours. When the Items shipped I received a UPS tracking number so I could monitor the shipping process. I just received the speakers in the mail the other day and they were delivered on time. All of them were brand new as advertized and arrived in perfect condition.
I wasn't familiar with this store before my purchase but was willing to take the risk because of the incredible prices. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase. I was a little nervous because of their short return policy. I just made sure to check everything out before the 7 days were up.
Update: The Klipsch speakers sound great! I would highly recommend them. The wife loves the low profile in-wall and in-ceiling speakers."

"DO NOT BUY from this COMPANY! I placed an order, $701 worth audio cabinet. I need it very badly. I have it shipped as NEXT DAY delivery. I called them the next day after my order to confirm the status since it says on their website that this is not shipped yet. The guy told me that it's NOT possible to ship it the next day. Then what's that huge shipping fee i paid for? He also told me that its "Enhanced delivery service". What the heck is that? There's no description of this in their website that such will take 5-7 days to deliver. Now, I'm stucked since i cannot cancel my order.
SO to everyone out there, BE REMINDED, DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!"

I received an expensive pair of Monitor 270 speakers from this store and they had the best price that I could find on the internet. They were received and packed in excellent condition. That being said, I ordered this BEFORE seeing the reviews. I would probably NOT order from this store again unless I could place an order before having to pay up front - I was not aware the store takes full payment when placing an order. This is the first time (other then ebay), I have had to pay for something ordered on the internet, before the goods were shipped.
Here are some things to consider before you should consider buying, and things I went through.
1. I placed an order over the phone as I was inquiring about the speakers. I was told they were in stock and the order would be filled and shipped within two business days. The order actually was not shipped for 14 days. 2. My credit card was unknowingly fully charged for the order when my order was placed, rather than when sent out for shipment. Any reputable company should wait to charge you until the goods are actually shipped, in my mind. 3. When I inquired about the company after I made my order, I found the following bad news about them: a) they are not physically located at the address they portend to be in their website. They are actually in Brooklyn. Check out where they are located and determine for yourself if you would shop there. 96 Avenue U, Brooklyn, NY 11223 Why would they claim a different address on their website? b) they have an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB with 14 unsatisfied complaints, with NO responses. It appears to me that they first take an order for full payment, and then try to find the merchandise. If they find the merchandise, certainly you'll get a good deal (as I did). It will take longer to have an order filled because they are not typically authorized resellers for most (if not all) of their products.
What is less clear, is what happens if they can not find the merchandise. I suspect they hold your payment ransom and in some cases take 25% restocking fees if you cancel your order.
As mentioned, if you're willing to pay up front, wait longer, and possibly not have your order filled, these guys are probably for you. I would call them directly and have something in writing that you could cancel your order if it is not shipped within a certain time period to avoid the "restocking" fee, as some have claimed to have had to pay. Read the fine print on their website.
If you would rather buy from an authorized dealer, have your credit card charged only when the order is shipped, and buy from a website that tries to resolve disputes, this dealer is NOT for you."
"This was the worst experience I have had with on line purchasing! The company falsly indicated it had product in stock at Christmas when in fact they did not. Shipment was delayed by weeks. Customer service should be named customer dis-service. I have never had a less satisfying experience with a so called customer service department"
"Mediocre corporate. Spoke to someone on the phone who just said "hello" to welcome a customer who is in need of assistance about his order (a bit unprofessional). Ordered a 2nd day air on the 17th, and when i was emailed of the tracking, shipping was done ground. Contacted them to adjust the credits, and here was the reply: Please be advised that this product was suppose to ship directly from Panasonic via 2nd Day Air to you. Due to the Sales Tax issues, Panasonic has just changed their policy, and they no longer dropship to end consumers. As a result, we have requested Panasonic to overnight the product to our New York warehouse. We had to pay for the expedite processing and for the Next Day Air Service in order to get your product on 08/18/06. As a result we have turned around, and shipped your product to you via UPS Ground for Wednesday delivery 08/23/06. Please note that in accordance with our Order Fulfillment policy, we require at least 48 hours to process an order. Please note that your order was placed on 08/17/06 at 2:46 PM eastern Standard Time. Therefore, if we would not have paid for expedite processing to Panasonic, and your product would have shipped from Panasonic, it would ship to you either on Monday or Tuesday. As a result you would have received your product on Wednesday or Thursday. Therefore, the outcome is the same, as you will receive your product on Wednesday. Believe us, the charges that we have encored for Next Day Air service; Expedited Processing Service; and UPS Ground, were much higher that a single UPS 2nd Day Air charge. Additional amount that needed to be charged should have been adjusted if necessary should the customer needed the item on a 2nd day process. I did not debate on the issue as the item was shipped and received properly. They should have contacted me on the issue as to whether giving me an option of resuming the business with regards to the proper pricing and yes, i would do consider them having revenue on the sale possible if the business is righteous (and yep, if my item was expedited as I needed). Would look at them next time, but would not go crazy on ordering items from them anew. Check out COZAINC instead. "

"As as overseas buyer I initiated an order for a Screenplay 777 projector ($22000). Due to financial technicalities they sent me an email requesting my SSN as a security check but this is only available to US citizens. I called them and got through to a guy called Brendon. His demeanour was abrupt, but straight. After a couple more calls we established that the technical issue could not be resolved and he agreed not to process my order any further and cancelled the deal.
For a discount merchant they do have an unusual no BS style but I valued their staight talking honesty. I would have no problem and would feel comfortable ordering from them again."
