My husband had a good experience with them quite a few months back so I didn\u2019t check their recent reviews and that was a big mistake. I ordered a pair of tires that were listed as in stock. After a week I checked the status of my order and it was still \u201cin process\u201d. I contacted them and found out that the tires were back ordered so I cancelled the order and received confirmation that it\u2019s been cancelled. Two days after cancelling the order they still hadn\u2019t refunded my money. I had to lodge a complaint with Paypal to get my money back. Communication has always been great. On one of my orders I received a call from Kerry to make sure that a disc brake adapater was indeed the correct one for my application. It takes them a long time to answer calls, a day or two for them to answer e-mails (questions, price matches, etc.), and there\u0027s no way to tell if something\u0027s truly in stock or not.<br><br>It\u0027s been 8 days since I placed my order and I haven\u0027t received an UPS tracking # yet. I e-mailed them 3 days ago and Kerry e-mailed me back (with a CC to Brian) saying there was one item in my order that was backordered and due the next day and would e-mail again if there was a problem.<br><br>With 1 item backordered out of 3 in a $100+ order (not counting S\/H), they could\u0027ve shipped the rest of the order on time so I could\u0027ve received it before the weekend or ask me what I wanted to do in regards to the backordered item.
